The SolScripture application, including but not limited to its source code, compiled binaries, user interface design, graphics, icons, logos, layout, and overall visual presentation, is the proprietary property of ADappvark and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.
No part of the App's proprietary code or design may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of ADappvark.
2. Public Domain Bible Translations
SolScripture includes four Bible translations that are in the public domain. These texts are freely available for reading, distribution, and use without restriction:

While the Bible text content is in the public domain, the specific digital formatting, arrangement, and presentation of these texts within the SolScripture application remain the property of ADappvark.

SolScripture uses and references the following third-party technologies, frameworks, and trademarks. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and compatibility purposes only.
3.1 Blockchain and Mobile Platform
- Solana is a trademark of the Solana Foundation. SolScripture is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation.
- Seeker is a trademark of Solana Mobile Inc. SolScripture is designed for compatibility with the Seeker device but is not endorsed by or affiliated with Solana Mobile Inc.
- Solana Mobile and the Solana Mobile Stack (SMS) are trademarks of Solana Mobile Inc. Usage within SolScripture is for compatibility and integration purposes only.
- Sign In With Solana (SIWS) is part of the Solana ecosystem. SolScripture implements SIWS for wallet authentication.
- Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) is a protocol developed by Solana Mobile Inc. for mobile wallet integration.
3.2 Android and Development Frameworks
- Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
- Jetpack Compose is a modern UI toolkit developed by Google and distributed under the Apache License 2.0.
- Kotlin is a trademark of the Kotlin Foundation. Kotlin is distributed under the Apache License 2.0.
- Material Design and Material 3 are design systems developed by Google.
- AndroidX libraries are developed by Google and distributed under the Apache License 2.0.
3.3 Libraries and Dependencies
- Various open-source libraries used in the development of SolScripture are subject to their respective licenses (primarily Apache License 2.0 and MIT License). A complete list of dependencies and their licenses is available within the App's build configuration.
4. Proprietary Elements
The following elements are the exclusive property of ADappvark:
- The SolScripture name and branding
- Application source code (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose)
- User interface design and layout
- Custom graphics, icons, and visual assets
- Digital formatting and arrangement of Bible texts within the App
- App architecture and technical implementation
5. Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe that any content within SolScripture infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the App
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
