Although the App integrates with the Solana blockchain ecosystem via optional wallet connection (SIWS), this functionality is limited strictly to identity verification. The App:

- Does not offer staking, lending, borrowing, or yield farming functionality
- Does not provide tax, legal, or financial planning advice

3. Wallet Connection Risks
The App offers optional Solana wallet connection via Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for identity verification purposes only. By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
3.1 Wallet Security
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and associated credentials
- ADappvark does not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet funds at any time
- ADappvark is not responsible for any loss, theft, or compromise of your wallet or its contents
- If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, your wallet may be at risk; the App bears no responsibility for such events
3.2 Blockchain Risks
- Blockchain technology is subject to inherent risks including but not limited to network congestion, protocol vulnerabilities, smart contract bugs, and regulatory changes
- The Solana network may experience downtime, forks, or other disruptions beyond our control
- ADappvark is not responsible for any issues arising from the Solana blockchain, its validators, or its ecosystem

The Bible translations provided in SolScripture are public domain reproductions of historical texts. Important disclaimers regarding this content:
- The Bible text is provided for reading and personal study purposes only
- SolScripture is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any church, denomination, religious organisation, translation committee, or theological institution
- ADappvark makes no representations regarding the theological accuracy, completeness, or interpretation of any Bible translation

- Data stored locally on your device may be lost due to device failure, OS updates, or accidental deletion
- Encrypted local storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences) may become inaccessible if Android security components are updated or corrupted
- ADappvark is not responsible for data loss arising from any of the above scenarios
7. Regional Restrictions
SolScripture is not available in the following sanctioned or restricted regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea (Ukraine), Donetsk (Ukraine), Luhansk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, and Somalia.
ADappvark disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the use of the App in restricted regions, including any legal penalties, sanctions violations, or other repercussions. Users who access the App from restricted regions do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these terms.

SolScripture is an independent application developed by ADappvark. The App is not:
- Endorsed, affiliated with, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation
- Endorsed, affiliated with, or sponsored by Solana Mobile Inc.

- Endorsed, affiliated with, or sponsored by any Bible translation committee or publisher
- A product of Google, Android, or any device manufacturer
Solana, Seeker, and Solana Mobile are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADAPPVARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, DEVICE DAMAGE, WALLET COMPROMISE, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree that ADappvark shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses or damages you may incur in connection with your use of the App.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
