This Privacy Policy explains how SolScripture ("the App"), developed and published by ADappvark ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use our free Bible reading application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

SolScripture is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). All user data remains exclusively on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

SolScripture does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware fingerprints
• Browsing history, search queries, or reading patterns
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry data
• Contacts, photos, files, or any other personal content
• Financial information, payment details, or transaction records
• Biometric data or health information

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local storage and encrypted shared preferences. This data is never transmitted to any server, third party, or external service:

• Wallet Public Key: If you choose to connect a Solana wallet via Sign In With Solana (SIWS), your wallet's public key is stored in encrypted local storage on your device. This is used solely to identify your wallet session within the App. The public key is a non-sensitive, publicly visible blockchain address.
• Reading Preferences: Your selected Bible translation, bookmarks, reading position, and display settings are stored locally to maintain your reading experience.
• App Settings: Language preferences and interface customisation choices are stored locally on your device.

4. Wallet Connection

SolScripture uses Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for wallet authentication. This process:

• Authenticates your wallet identity using a cryptographic signature
• Stores only the wallet public key in encrypted local storage on your device
• Does not perform any financial transactions
• Does not request access to your wallet funds or tokens
• Does not transmit your wallet address to any server or third party
• Can be disconnected at any time, which removes the stored public key from your device

5. Location Information

SolScripture may request approximate location data solely to determine whether you are accessing the App from a sanctioned or restricted region. This check is performed to comply with Australian sanctions law and international regulations.

• Location data is not stored on your device or any server
• Location data is not transmitted to any third party
• Location data is processed momentarily and discarded immediately after the compliance check
• You may deny location access; however, the App may restrict functionality if regional compliance cannot be verified

6. Bible Text Content

SolScripture provides four Bible translations, all of which are in the public domain:

• Berean Standard Bible (BSB) — released under Creative Commons CC0 (Public Domain)
• King James Version (KJV) — public domain
• World English Bible (WEB) — public domain
• American Standard Version (ASV) — public domain

All Bible text is bundled within the App and accessed locally. No network requests are made to retrieve scripture content.

7. Third-Party Services

SolScripture does not integrate with any:

• Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
• Social media tracking pixels or SDKs
• Third-party data brokers or data collection services

8. Children's Privacy

SolScripture is a Bible reading application suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information whatsoever, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and similar international regulations regarding children's data.

• No personal data is collected from any user, including children under the age of 13
• No account creation is required to use the App
• No behavioural tracking or profiling occurs
• Wallet connection is optional and does not collect PII

9. Data Security

Although we do not transmit or store data externally, we employ the following security measures for locally stored data:

• Wallet public keys are stored using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences, which provides AES-256 encryption
• All local data is protected by Android's application sandboxing
• No data is written to external storage or shared with other applications

10. Regional Restrictions

Users in these regions are prohibited from downloading, installing, or using the App. This restriction is enforced to comply with Australian sanctions law, international regulations, and Solana ecosystem compliance requirements.

11. Your Rights

Because SolScripture does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, traditional data rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are inherently satisfied. All data resides on your device and can be removed at any time by:

• Disconnecting your wallet within the App
• Clearing the App's data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the App, which removes all associated local data

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Governing Law
