ADappvark ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SolSow ("the App") on a compatible Solana Seeker device, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement.
The App, including all code, design, graphics, text, data compilations, and other content, is the intellectual property of ADappvark and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

The planting data, growing zone definitions, plant calendars, and horticultural information included in the App have been compiled from publicly available sources including FAO Crop Calendar publications, USDA Agricultural Extension publications, and government horticultural resources. This compiled data is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes only.
Solana, Seeker, and related logos and marks are trademarks of Solana Foundation and/or its affiliates. SolSow is an independent application and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, or Solana Mobile Inc. Use of these trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ADAPPVARK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADAPPVARK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, CROP LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADAPPVARK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license is effective until terminated. ADappvark may terminate this license at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
