By downloading, installing, or using SolSow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

SolSow is a gardening information application that provides general planting guidance based on geographic location and time of year. The App uses data compiled from publicly available government agricultural resources to suggest what plants may be suitable to sow, transplant, or harvest in a given region and season.

Important: SolSow is an informational tool only. It does not constitute professional agricultural, horticultural, botanical, or any other professional advice. The App is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

The App does not claim ownership of public domain data sourced from government publications. All data has been compiled, reformatted, and adapted for the App's growing zone system. Attribution information is provided within the App.

Weather data attribution: Live frost forecasts (an optional SolSow Pro feature) contain weather forecast data from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway, api.met.no), licensed under the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD) 2.0 and Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), and from Open-Meteo.com, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Forecast data is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy; actual frost timing may differ from forecasts, and you remain responsible for protecting your plants.

The App's design, code, user interface, and original written content are the property of the developer. Public domain agricultural data included in the App remains in the public domain.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. All locally stored data will be permanently deleted upon uninstallation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
