2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Wallet Address: Your Solana wallet public address when you connect your wallet. Used for payment verification and transaction processing.
- Consent Records: Timestamp of your acceptance of Terms of Service, stored locally for legal compliance.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data (for Sanctions Compliance): Approximate geographic location determined via GPS/network location (if permitted), SIM card country, network carrier country, or device locale. Used solely to verify you are not in a blocked jurisdiction. Location is checked at app launch and before each payment transaction. Not stored after verification - only the result (allowed/blocked) is retained.
- Device and Package Information (Local Only): List of installed applications. This data never leaves your device.
- App Usage Information (Local Only): Subscription status and preferences. Stored locally, not transmitted externally.
2.3 Information We DO NOT Collect
- No Personal Identifiers (name, email, phone)
- No Device Identifiers (IMEI, Android ID)
- No Private Keys
- No Analytics or Crash Reports
- No Advertising Trackers
- No Photos, Contacts, or Media Access

6. Data Storage and Security
- All App data is stored locally on your device
- Protected by Android's application sandboxing
- Deleted when you uninstall the App
- We do not operate servers that store your data
7. Geographic Restrictions
The App is not available in 54 blocked jurisdictions including countries subject to comprehensive sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia), significant restrictions (Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Eritrea), targeted sanctions, and FATF/AML high-risk designations. Location is verified using multiple methods (GPS, SIM, network carrier, locale) at app launch and before each payment. If your location cannot be verified, access to the App will be restricted.
8. Your Rights
- Access: View all data via App Settings
- Deletion: Uninstall to delete all local data
- Opt-Out: Stop using the App
GDPR, CCPA, and other regional rights are fully supported.

Summary (Plain Language)
We collect very little data - mainly your public wallet address for payments and your approximate location to check you're not in a sanctioned country. Everything else stays on your phone. We don't track you, we don't show ads, and we never sell your data. If you want to delete everything, just uninstall the App.
