1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ADappvark Toolkit ("App," "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
1.1 Capacity to Contract
By accepting these Terms, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- You are not in a sanctioned jurisdiction
- You are not on any government sanctions list
2. Description of Service
ADappvark Toolkit provides dApp lifecycle management for Solana Seeker devices:
- Bulk app uninstallation via Shizuku integration
- Bulk app reinstallation via Solana dApp Store
- App management and organization
- Payment processing via Solana blockchain
3. Geographic Restrictions
The Service is NOT AVAILABLE in the following jurisdictions. All users in these countries are fully blocked due to international sanctions, FATF designations, or AML/CFT concerns.
Comprehensively Sanctioned:
- Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Russia
Blocked (Significant Restrictions):
- Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Eritrea
Blocked (Targeted Sanctions):
- Ukraine (including occupied territories), Moldova, Zimbabwe, Sudan, South Sudan, Central African Republic, DR Congo, Mali, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Niger, Haiti, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo
Blocked (FATF / High-Risk AML/CFT):
- Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Pakistan, Jordan, Tanzania, Nigeria, Senegal, Kenya, Philippines, Vietnam, Cameroon, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, Panama, Croatia, Bulgaria, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan
This list is subject to change based on evolving international sanctions and FATF designations.
3.1 Location Verification
The App verifies your location using GPS/network location, SIM card country, network carrier country, and device locale. Location permission is requested at app launch. Geo-restriction checks are performed at app launch and before each payment transaction. Your precise location is not stored.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Free Tier
- Up to 4 apps per bulk operation: FREE
- Unlimited for apps 1-4 in each batch
4.2 Paid Operations
- 5+ apps per bulk operation: 0.01 SOL (or SKR equivalent) per operation
- Payment required for EACH bulk operation
- No subscription - pay per use
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed on the Solana blockchain
- Transactions are final and non-refundable
- You are responsible for sufficient wallet balance
- Network fees (gas) are your responsibility
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your wallet and private keys
- Verifying apps before uninstalling
- Understanding that uninstallation may result in data loss
- Ensuring you have backup of important data
- Compliance with applicable laws
6. Accessibility Service Disclosure
ADappvark uses Android Accessibility Services for the following purposes:
- Auto-Install: Automatically clicking "Install" buttons in the dApp Store during bulk reinstall
- UI Automation: Detecting button states (Install/Open/Cancel)
This service does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data. It operates entirely locally on your device.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We are not responsible for third-party services (Shizuku, dApp Store, wallets)
- We are not responsible for data loss from uninstallation
- We are not responsible for blockchain network issues
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or cryptocurrency
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions
Maximum liability: The greater of $100 USD or the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8.1 Consumer Law Protections
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), or any other mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADappvark from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
10. Termination
We may terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Are in a sanctioned jurisdiction
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Attempt to circumvent restrictions
You may terminate by uninstalling the App.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms

- Assignment: You may not assign; we may assign with notice
