BountySeeker ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is developed by MidMightBit Games, ABN holder, located in Melbourne, VIC, Australia. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU/UK), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) (Japan), the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) (South Korea), and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) (Singapore).

All user data is stored exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to any server owned or operated by us. Wallet data is encrypted using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences backed by the Android Keystore and Google Tink. Preferences are stored in Android DataStore (unencrypted, on-device only). We have no servers, databases, or cloud storage.
We do NOT sell, share, rent, trade, or transmit any user data to any third party. The App makes read-only HTTP requests to the following third-party APIs to fetch publicly available bounty listings:
These requests are unauthenticated, read-only, and do not transmit any user data. Only publicly available URLs are requested. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy which we encourage you to review.
BountySeeker is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The App involves interaction with cryptocurrency bounty listings and wallet technology, which is not appropriate for minors. If you are under 18, you must not use this App. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to remove any data associated with that user.
Because all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it:
Data is retained on your device only for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data. We retain no data on any server.
No user data is transferred internationally. All data remains on your local device. The App makes read-only API requests to servers operated by third parties (GitHub, Superteam, etc.) but does not transmit user data in these requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using BountySeeker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App is not available to persons located in sanctioned or restricted regions (see Sanctions & Restricted Regions section).
BountySeeker is a novelty and informational tool that automatically aggregates publicly available bounty and task listings from unaffiliated third-party sources. The App is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App is NOT a job board, employment agency, staffing service, recruitment platform, financial advisory service, investment platform, or intermediary of any kind. We do not facilitate, broker, mediate, or participate in any transaction, contract, or agreement between you and any bounty sponsor, platform, or third party.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, SCHEDULE 2 OF THE COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 (CTH)), WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as the Australian Consumer Law), our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is $0, as the App is free).
The App displays content from and links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, practices, or availability of any third-party website or service. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, website, or service accessed through the App.
The BountySeeker app, its original source code, design, and branding are the property of MidMightBit Games. Bounty listing data is sourced from and remains the property of the respective third-party platforms. Solana, Seeker, and related trademarks are the property of Solana Foundation and Solana Mobile Inc. respectively.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by applicable law; (c) use the App to transmit malicious content; (d) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use; (e) use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the App beyond normal usage.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MidMightBit Games, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your interaction with any third-party website, bounty sponsor, or platform; or (d) any submission, application, or action you take based on information displayed in the App.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Sanctions Policy, Copyright Notice, and Licence, constitute the entire agreement between you and MidMightBit Games regarding the App.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legitimacy, timeliness, suitability, safety, or availability of any information displayed in this App, including but not limited to: bounty listings, reward amounts, deadlines, skill requirements, sponsor details, submission processes, project descriptions, bug bounty scopes, payout terms, or any other data.
Display of any listing, sponsor, organisation, project, or link in the App does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, verification, validation, or affiliation of any kind. All bounty data is automatically fetched from unaffiliated third-party APIs and websites. We have no editorial control over this content. External links lead to websites operated by third parties with their own terms, privacy policies, and risks. Accessing external links is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, safety, privacy practices, availability, or conduct of any external website.
Some bounty listings may involve cryptocurrency rewards or require interaction with blockchain protocols. Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile, speculative, and risky. Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. You may lose some or all of your funds. This App does NOT provide any financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before engaging with any cryptocurrency-related opportunity.
Some listings (particularly from Immunefi and GitHub) relate to security research and bug bounty programmes. Security research carries legal risk. Unauthorised access to computer systems is illegal in most jurisdictions regardless of intent. Always ensure you have explicit, written authorisation before testing any system. Review and comply with each programme's rules, scope, and responsible disclosure policy. We accept no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from security research activities.
Bounty listings may constitute freelance work, independent contractor engagements, or other work arrangements. We are not an employer, employment agency, or intermediary. We do not verify that bounty sponsors will pay rewards, honour commitments, or comply with applicable employment or contract law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax, employment, and contract laws in your jurisdiction.
Some listings may be fraudulent, misleading, or scams. We cannot and do not verify the legitimacy of any listing. Exercise extreme caution. Never send cryptocurrency, provide private keys, share personal financial information, or make upfront payments in response to any listing. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

The App performs multi-layer geographic screening using: SIM card country, mobile network country, device GPS/network location (if permission granted), device locale, and timezone mapping. If the App cannot determine your region, access is allowed by default.
Users in Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk) may be blocked under Russian timezone detection. These regions are subject to specific OFAC and EU sanctions.
