1. Nature of the Application
CallSealSkr ("the App") is a communication verification tool designed for the Solana Seeker device. The App monitors phone calls, creates SHA-256 hashes of call metadata (timestamp, duration, direction and a device identifier), and records those hashes on the Solana blockchain via the Memo Program. It does not read SMS, your call log or your contacts, and does not store the other party's number.
CallSealSkr does not record or capture call audio, and never transmits the content of a call. No message content is accessible to the App at all.
CallSealSkr does not constitute legal evidence, legal proof, or official documentation in any jurisdiction.
CallSealSkr is not a forensic, legal, or investigative tool.
On-chain hashes are immutable and cannot be edited, deleted, or removed once confirmed on the Solana blockchain.
2. Hash Immutability
Once a SHA-256 hash is recorded on the Solana blockchain, it is permanent and irreversible. You acknowledge and accept that:
There is no mechanism to delete, modify, or redact an on-chain hash after confirmation
MidMightBit Games cannot remove or alter on-chain hashes on your behalf or at your request
You are solely responsible for deciding which communications to hash before confirming the on-chain transaction
Hash immutability is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology, not a defect
Consider carefully before recording hashes on-chain. Once confirmed, they exist permanently on the public Solana blockchain.
3. Not Legal Evidence
On-chain communication hashes created by CallSealSkr are not legal evidence. You acknowledge that:
Hashes may not be admissible in any court, tribunal, arbitration, or legal proceeding
Hashes prove only that a specific data input produced a specific output at a specific time — they do not independently verify the content, participants, or nature of a communication
Hashes do not replace official call records, phone bills, carrier logs, or law enforcement records
The admissibility and weight of blockchain records varies by jurisdiction and is not guaranteed
CallSealSkr is not a substitute for professional legal, forensic, or investigative services
You should not rely on CallSealSkr as your sole or primary method of documenting communications for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.
4. Metadata Accuracy
The accuracy of communication hashes depends entirely on the metadata provided by your device's operating system and telecommunications carrier. CallSealSkr does not independently verify the accuracy of:
Phone numbers reported by the device
Timestamps reported by the device clock
Call duration measurements
Call or message direction indicators
MidMightBit Games makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of metadata provided by third-party systems.
5. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Risks
CallSealSkr interacts with the Solana blockchain for hash recording. By using blockchain features, you acknowledge the following risks:
Volatility: The value of SOL and SKR tokens may fluctuate significantly. Hash recording costs denominated in tokens may vary in fiat-equivalent value.
Network Fees: Solana network transaction fees (gas) are in addition to hash recording fees and are beyond our control.
Network Availability: The Solana blockchain may experience congestion, downtime, or degraded performance. Hash recording may be delayed or fail.
Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Payments for hash recording cannot be refunded once confirmed on-chain.
Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. MidMightBit Games cannot recover lost or stolen funds.
Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations may change. Future legal or regulatory developments may affect the availability or functionality of blockchain features.

Nothing in CallSealSkr or its associated materials constitutes financial, legal, security, telecommunications, or other professional advice. The App is a utility tool and should not be treated as a substitute for professional services, legal counsel, or expert consultation.
7. Wallet Connection & Blockchain Interactions
CallSealSkr offers optional wallet connectivity features via the Solana blockchain. By connecting a wallet or engaging in any blockchain-related interactions through the App:
You do so entirely at your own risk.
MidMightBit Games is not responsible for any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.
MidMightBit Games does not custody, control, or have access to your wallet, private keys, or digital assets at any time.

By downloading, installing, or using CallSealSkr, you acknowledge and agree that:

You assume all risk associated with the use of the App and any reliance on its communication verification features.
MidMightBit Games shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on the App, including but not limited to the immutability of on-chain hashes, failed hash recordings, or the non-acceptance of hashes as evidence.
You are solely responsible for determining whether CallSealSkr is adequate and appropriate for your particular use case.
You have the legal authority to monitor communications on the device where the App is installed.
