Data Source Attribution

Prayer texts are sourced from traditional Orthodox Christian liturgical texts in the public domain. Scripture passages are from the King James Version (public domain, first published 1611). Desert Father quotes are sourced from the Sayings of the Desert Fathers (Apophthegmata Patrum), a public domain collection of wisdom from the early Church monastics.

These texts have been carefully compiled and formatted for use within the application. While the underlying prayer texts and scripture passages are in the public domain, the specific compilation, arrangement, formatting, and presentation within ChotkiSol are subject to the application copyright stated above.

Open Source Components

ChotkiSol incorporates open source software components that are licensed under their respective open source licenses. These components retain their original copyright and license terms.

Permitted Use

You are permitted to use ChotkiSol for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms set forth in the Terms of Service and the License Agreement. Specifically, permitted use includes:

• Installing and running the application on compatible Android devices for personal prayer and devotion
• Using the prayer rope features, meditation sets, and Desert Father wisdom for your own private use
• Sharing information about the application with others through normal communication channels

Any use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes requires the prior written consent of MidMightBit Games.

DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims

MidMightBit Games respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available through ChotkiSol infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction.

To file a copyright infringement claim, please send a written notice to aardappvark@proton.me that includes the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing and provide sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material within the application (e.g., specific screen, feature, text passage, or media element).
3. Your contact information: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding your claim.
4. Statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
6. Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
