The WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)
Applicable copyright laws of all signatory nations

2. Trademark Attributions

The following names, ticker symbols, and associated logos and brand elements are trademarks, registered trademarks, or intellectual property of their respective owners. Their use in the App is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

5. Permitted Use of Our Content

You may:

Use the App as provided through the Solana Seeker dApp Store for personal use
Reference HealthSeeker by name in reviews, articles, or discussions

Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content
Use the HealthSeeker name, logo, or brand elements in any commercial context
Imply any affiliation with or endorsement by HealthSeeker
Extract or scrape content from the App for any purpose

6. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content accessible through HealthSeeker infringes your copyright, please provide us with the following information in writing:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the App
