Sol Mala is a digital Buddhist mala prayer bead application provided by ADappvark for personal meditation and spiritual practice purposes only. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

2. Not a Religious Authority

• The App is a practice aid tool, not a substitute for the guidance of qualified Buddhist teachers, monastics, or spiritual advisors
• Content within the App is sourced from public domain Buddhist texts and may not reflect the specific teachings or interpretations of any particular Buddhist tradition
• The inclusion of any mantra, prayer, or teaching does not constitute endorsement of any specific Buddhist school, sect, or lineage
• Users are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified teachers for their spiritual practice
• The App does not claim doctrinal accuracy or completeness for any Buddhist tradition
• Transliterations and translations of mantras may vary from those used in specific traditions

3. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

All content in Sol Mala, including mantras, quotes, prayers, and teachings, is provided for educational and personal practice purposes only. This content:

• Should not be relied upon as the sole source of Buddhist teaching or instruction

• The App does not offer trading, exchange, swap, or investment functionality of any kind. Its only payment feature is the optional one-time supporter purchase described in Section 5, which unlocks cosmetic and convenience app features and has no investment character
• ADappvark is not a registered financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment company in any jurisdiction
• Users should consult qualified financial professionals for any investment or financial decisions

5. Cryptocurrency and Wallet Disclaimer

Sol Mala integrates with Solana wallets via Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for identity and Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) verification, and — if you choose to support the App — for the optional one-time supporter purchases (Devotee: 0.01 SOL or 112 SKR; Patron: 0.0607 SOL or 682 SKR) described in the Terms of Service. Regarding this integration:

• The App is not a cryptocurrency wallet, exchange, or financial platform; it offers no trading, swap, or investment functionality
• If you make an optional supporter purchase, the transaction is created and signed by your own wallet and sent directly to the developer's Solana address; the App never takes custody of funds and never accesses your private keys
• On-chain payments are final and non-refundable. Nothing in this Disclaimer or the Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded; except as required by such laws, purchases are final and non-refundable
• ADappvark is not responsible for any loss of digital assets, regardless of the circumstances
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallet credentials and private keys
• Blockchain technology and digital assets carry inherent risks including total loss of value
• ADappvark makes no representations about the value, utility, or legality of any digital assets

6. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Sol Mala is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic tool. The App:

• Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Is not a substitute for professional mental health care
• Should not be used to treat or manage any medical or psychological condition
• Makes no claims about health benefits of meditation or mantra recitation
• Users experiencing mental health concerns should consult qualified healthcare professionals

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to present Buddhist content accurately and respectfully:

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content
• Translations, transliterations, and interpretations may contain errors
• Historical and contextual information may be incomplete or simplified
• Content may be updated or corrected without notice

8. Technical Risks

Use of the App involves certain technical risks:

• The App may contain bugs, errors, or defects
• Practice data stored locally may be lost due to device failure, software updates, or other technical issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADappvark, its developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors or omissions in the App's content
• Loss of practice data or settings
• Loss of digital assets or cryptocurrency
• Any reliance on information provided by the App
• Spiritual, emotional, or psychological outcomes of using the App
• Any third-party actions or services accessed through the App

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Assumption of Risk

By using Sol Mala, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the App entirely at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for your spiritual practice and any outcomes thereof
• You will not hold ADappvark liable for any consequences of using the App
• You have read and understood all related legal documents

11. Restricted Regions

Sol Mala is not available in certain sanctioned and restricted regions. Please refer to our Sanctions & Restricted Regions policy for a full list of restricted regions and territories.

12. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
