ADappvark ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sol Mala mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Sol Mala does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information whatsoever.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be completely clear about what we do not do:

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII)
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware serial numbers
We do not collect location data, GPS coordinates, or IP addresses
We do not collect usage analytics, behavioural data, or interaction metrics
We do not collect financial information, wallet balances, or transaction histories
We do not collect biometric data of any kind
We do not collect camera, microphone, or sensor data

3. Local Data Storage

Sol Mala stores your preferences and practice data exclusively on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party
Is not backed up to any external service by the App
Is fully deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data
May include your mala bead count, mantra selections, and display preferences

4. Sign In With Solana (SIWS)

Sol Mala uses Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for optional wallet-based authentication. When you connect a Solana wallet:

Authentication occurs entirely on-device between the App and your wallet application
We do not store your wallet address on any server
We do not access your wallet balance, transaction history, or private keys
The wallet connection is used solely for identity verification purposes
No blockchain transactions are initiated by the App without your explicit consent

5. Third-Party Services

Sol Mala does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data:

No analytics platforms (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar)
No advertising networks or ad SDKs
No crash reporting services that transmit data externally
No social media tracking pixels or SDKs
No third-party cookies or tracking mechanisms

6. Children's Privacy

Sol Mala does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no data, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's information.

7. Internet Permissions

The App may request internet permission solely for the purpose of Solana wallet interactions (SIWS authentication). No user data is transmitted during these connections.

8. Data Security

Because Sol Mala does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no risk of data breach, unauthorised access, or data loss related to your personal information. Local SharedPreferences data is protected by the Android operating system's application sandboxing.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port. If you wish to remove all locally stored App data, you may:

Clear the App's data through your device's Settings
Uninstall the App entirely

10. Restricted Regions

Sol Mala is not available in sanctioned or restricted regions. Please refer to our Sanctions & Restricted Regions policy for details.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
