The SolSow application, including but not limited to its source code, user interface design, graphics, icons, compiled data, and documentation, is the property of ADappvark and is protected by Australian copyright law and international copyright treaties.

2. Protected Materials

The following materials are protected by copyright:

Software: All application source code, compiled binaries, and related technical files
Design: User interface design, layout, colour schemes, typography, and visual elements
Data Compilations: The curated compilation of planting data, growing zone definitions, plant databases, city databases, and planting calendars assembled from publicly available sources
Content: All text, descriptions, tips, and guidance within the App
Documentation: Legal documents, help text, and related written materials

3. Data Sources and Attribution

Planting data within SolSow has been compiled from the following publicly available sources. The compilation and presentation of this data is original work by ADappvark:

FAO Crop Calendar — Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations crop calendar publications
USDA Agricultural Extension — United States Department of Agriculture agricultural extension service publications
Government Horticultural Resources — Various national and state/provincial government horticultural guidance publications

Individual data points from these sources may be in the public domain; however, the specific selection, arrangement, coordination, and presentation of this data within SolSow constitutes an original copyrighted compilation.

4. Third-Party Trademarks

The following trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only:

5. Permitted Use

You are permitted to install and use SolSow on your Solana Seeker device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Software License.

6. Prohibited Use

Without prior written consent from ADappvark, you may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the App
Create derivative works based on the App or its contents
Extract, scrape, or systematically download the planting data compilation
Use the ADappvark or SolSow name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement

If you believe that any content within SolSow infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
Identification of the material within SolSow that you claim is infringing
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised
