By downloading, installing, or using Roaring Trades ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Roaring Trades is a fictional trading simulation game set in 1920s Prohibition-era Chicago. The Game is purely for entertainment purposes. All goods, characters, locations, and events depicted are fictional.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Game contains themes related to historical alcohol trade and is not intended for children or minors.
The Game is not available in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, or content restrictions. You may not use the Game if you are located in, or are a resident of, any of the following regions:
By using the Game, you represent that you are not located in any restricted jurisdiction and are not on any sanctions list.
The Game does not involve any real money transactions, real goods, or real services. All in-game currency, goods, and transactions are fictional and have no real-world value. The term "trading" in the Game refers exclusively to in-game fictional activity and does not constitute real financial trading, gambling, or any form of financial instrument.
The Game does not constitute gambling. There is no real-money stake, no real-money prize, and no real-world value attached to any in-game items or outcomes. The Game is a single-player entertainment experience only.
The Game uses Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter to connect your existing Solana wallet. This connection is used solely to identify you on the leaderboard. The Game:
Wallet Risk Disclosure: Connecting your wallet involves sharing your public wallet address with the Game. While public keys cannot be used to access your funds, they are pseudonymous identifiers that may be linked to your blockchain activity. The Game stores your public address locally on your device only and does not transmit it to any server.
The Game is set in a historical period (1920s Prohibition era) and depicts fictional activities for entertainment purposes only. The Game does not promote, encourage, or glorify any illegal activities, including but not limited to smuggling, bootlegging, or any form of criminal behavior. All content is presented in a historical fiction context.
Roaring Trades is the intellectual property of MidMightBit Games. All game mechanics, content, and design are original works. The Game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other game or entity.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use. In summary: we collect minimal data (your wallet public address only), store everything locally on your device, and do not use analytics or tracking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MIDMIGHTBIT GAMES MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GAME'S FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIDMIGHTBIT GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your local jurisdiction that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This Game contains themes related to alcohol production and trade in a historical fiction context. It is rated for ages 21 and above. Please drink responsibly and obey all laws in your jurisdiction.
