WARNING: ScreenRecSkr records your device screen and can write SHA-256 hashes to the Solana blockchain. On-chain proofs are IMMUTABLE and CANNOT be deleted. On-chain proofs do NOT constitute legal evidence. You are solely responsible for all content you record. You use ScreenRecSkr entirely at your own risk.

1. Nature of the Application

ScreenRecSkr ("the App") is a screen recording tool with optional blockchain-verified proof of authenticity for the Solana Seeker device.

On-chain proofs are not legal evidence in any jurisdiction
The App is not a forensic or chain-of-custody tool
On-chain proofs are immutable and cannot be deleted once confirmed
You are solely responsible for all content you record

2. Recording Content Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

You must have the legal right to record any content captured
Recording copyrighted, confidential, or private content without authorisation may violate applicable laws
MidMightBit Games has no access to your recordings and bears no responsibility for recorded content
You are responsible for complying with all recording consent laws in your jurisdiction

3. Proof Immutability

Once a SHA-256 hash is recorded on the Solana blockchain, it is permanent and irreversible. MidMightBit Games cannot remove or alter on-chain proofs.

4. Not Legal Evidence

On-chain proofs are not legal evidence. They may not be admissible in court, do not prove content authenticity beyond hash matching, and do not replace official forensic tools or chain-of-custody procedures.

5. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Risks

Volatility: SOL and SKR values may fluctuate significantly
Network Availability: The Solana blockchain may experience congestion or downtime
Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions cannot be refunded
Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for your wallet security

Nothing in ScreenRecSkr constitutes financial, legal, or forensic advice.

7. Third-Party Disclaimer

ScreenRecSkr is not affiliated with Solana Mobile Inc., Solana Foundation, or Google LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MidMightBit Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ScreenRecSkr.
