MidMightBit Games makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the application or the information, content, or materials contained within it.

Your use of Scrolls for Sol: Enoch is entirely at your own risk. MidMightBit Games shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided through the application.

The text of the Book of Enoch (1 Enoch) presented within Scrolls for Sol: Enoch is sourced from R.H. Charles' 1917 English translation, published by the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge (SPCK), London, which is in the public domain.

While every reasonable effort has been made to present this text accurately and faithfully:

• The R.H. Charles translation is one of many scholarly translations of 1 Enoch. Other translations (e.g., Nickelsburg, Knibb, Isaac) may differ significantly in wording, interpretation, and textual critical decisions.

4.1 Volatility Risk

Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly volatile. The value of any digital asset, including SOL (Solana), can fluctuate dramatically and may decline to zero. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4.2 Regulatory Risk

4.3 Technology Risk

4.4 Total Loss

It is possible to lose the entire value of any cryptocurrency or digital asset holdings. You should only interact with cryptocurrency if you can afford to lose your entire investment. Digital assets are not protected by government deposit insurance schemes such as the Australian Financial Claims Scheme (FCS), the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), or any equivalent scheme in any jurisdiction.

4.5 Liquidity Risk

• Does not initiate, authorise, or execute any blockchain transaction
• Does not transfer any SOL, SPL tokens, or any other digital assets
• Does not access, view, or interact with your wallet balance or holdings
• Does not store your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet credentials
• Does not create, mint, distribute, or manage any tokens
• Does not provide custody or escrow services of any kind

MidMightBit Games is not a custodian, exchange, broker, dealer, money transmitter, payment processor, or any other type of financial service provider.
