1. General Disclaimer

Sol Clock is an analogue clock and information display application for the Solana Seeker phone. All cryptocurrency price data, market data, blockchain data, wallet balance information, token ownership data, and any other information displayed by Sol Clock (collectively, "Displayed Information") is provided strictly for entertainment, informational, and novelty purposes only.

The Displayed Information does not constitute, and must not be construed as:

• Financial advice or financial product advice (as defined under the Australian Corporations Act 2001)
• Investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation
• Trading advice, trading signals, or buy/sell/hold recommendations
• Tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice
• An offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any financial product, security, commodity, or digital asset
• A personal recommendation based on your financial circumstances
• Professional advice of any kind

2. Not a Financial Service

Sol Clock is not a financial service, financial product, managed investment scheme, or derivatives product under Australian law (Corporations Act 2001), United States law (Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Investment Advisers Act of 1940), European Union law (MiFID II, MiCA), United Kingdom law (Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), or the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Sol Clock is not registered with, licensed by, or regulated by:

• The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
• The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC)
• The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
• The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
• The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
• The Japan Financial Services Agency (FSA)
• The Korea Financial Services Commission (FSC)
• Any other financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction

The App does not require such registration or licensing because it is an information display tool that does not provide financial services, trade or swap cryptocurrency, hold custody of assets, or provide financial advice. The App’s only payment feature is an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock Pro features (see Section 5A), which you authorise and sign in your own wallet and which does not make the App a financial service.

3. Price Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency price data displayed by Sol Clock is sourced from third-party APIs (Jupiter, Raydium, CoinGecko) and:

• May be delayed — Prices are fetched at configurable intervals (30 seconds to 5 minutes) and may not reflect the most current market price
• May be inaccurate — Third-party data sources may provide incorrect data due to API errors, calculation errors, or data feed issues
• May be incomplete — Not all data fields may be available at all times
• May be entirely unavailable — API services may experience downtime, rate limiting, or discontinuation
• May differ from other sources — Prices on different exchanges and data providers may vary due to liquidity differences, time zone differences, and market microstructure
• Are not audited or verified — We do not independently verify the accuracy of data from our sources

Under no circumstances should you rely on prices displayed by Sol Clock for trading, investment, or any financial decisions.

4. Cryptocurrency Risk Acknowledgement

By using Sol Clock, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the following risks inherent in cryptocurrency markets:

4.1 Market volatility

Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile. Prices can and do fluctuate dramatically within very short periods. Past performance of any cryptocurrency, including SOL and SKR, is not indicative of future performance.

4.2 Regulatory risk

Cryptocurrency regulation varies significantly by jurisdiction and is rapidly evolving. Changes in law or regulation could materially affect the value, transferability, or legality of cryptocurrency tokens.

4.3 Technology risk

Blockchain networks, including Solana, may experience technical failures, congestion, halts, exploits, or other issues that could affect token values or accessibility.

4.4 Total loss risk

The value of any cryptocurrency, including SOL and SKR, may decline to zero. You could lose the entire value of your holdings.

4.5 Liquidity risk

There is no guarantee of sufficient market liquidity for any cryptocurrency token at any given time.

5. No Custody; No Trading

Sol Clock:

• Does not hold, store, custody, or manage any cryptocurrency, tokens, digital assets, or funds
• Does not facilitate, execute, process, or mediate any cryptocurrency trades, swaps, or portfolio transfers — the optional one-time Pro purchase described in Section 5A is the only payment the App initiates, and you authorise and sign it in your own wallet
• Does not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials
• Cannot move, transfer, or spend any of your assets, other than the fixed one-time Pro purchase amount that you explicitly authorise and sign in your own wallet
• Uses wallet connection for read-only balance display and, if you choose to buy Pro, for the one-time purchase you authorise

5A. Purchases, Refunds & Restore

The clock, world clocks, live SOL and SKR price display, slot height, wallet-balance display, screensaver, and home-screen widget are free for everyone. Optional Pro features (5 premium clock faces and 5 premium accent themes — cosmetic only; every function of the app is free) can be unlocked with a one-time payment of 0.0607 SOL or 651 SKR, paid directly from your own Solana wallet; Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) holders pay a discounted 586 SKR when paying in SKR, and SGT holders who installed before 8 September 2026 keep Pro at no charge. The payment goes on-chain directly from your wallet to our receiving address, Sol Clock never takes custody of your funds, and your unlock can be restored on any device from the blockchain via Restore Purchases. Because on-chain transactions are irreversible, Pro purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law and EU/UK consumer rights). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Except as required by such laws, purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) Disclaimer

The SGT ownership verification feature in Sol Clock:

• Is provided for informational purposes only
• Makes no representation about the value, utility, future prospects, or investment potential of Seeker Genesis Tokens
• Relies on on-chain data that may have propagation delays or temporary inconsistencies
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any transaction or decision involving SGTs
• Does not constitute an endorsement of SGTs as an investment or financial product

7. Wallet Balance Disclaimer

Wallet balances displayed by Sol Clock are queried from the public Solana blockchain and:

• May not reflect pending transactions, uncommitted state changes, or the most recent block
• Are denominated in SOL and may not reflect the fiat-equivalent value at the time of display
• May be temporarily inaccurate during periods of network congestion or RPC node issues
• Should not be relied upon for accounting, tax reporting, or financial record-keeping purposes

8. Slot Height Disclaimer

Solana slot height data is provided for informational and novelty purposes. The displayed slot number may lag behind the actual blockchain tip due to RPC node propagation delays and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive blockchain operations.

9. Time Display Disclaimer

Sol Clock displays time information derived from your device's internal system clock. The time shown by Sol Clock, including the analogue clock face, digital time readouts, world clock zones, date display, and screensaver/widget time:

• Is indicative only — The time displayed is for general informational and entertainment purposes and must not be relied upon for any time-critical, safety-critical, or mission-critical purpose
• Is only as accurate as your device clock — Sol Clock reads time from Android's system clock. If your device clock is incorrect, unsynchronised, or drifting, Sol Clock will reflect that inaccuracy
• May not update in real time — Screensaver, widget, and background modes may refresh at intervals rather than continuously; brief display lag is normal
• World clock times are approximate — Time zone offsets and daylight saving transitions are based on device and system timezone databases, which may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect for certain regions
• Is not a certified timekeeping instrument — Sol Clock is not a chronometer, atomic clock, GPS-synchronised clock, or any other certified or calibrated timekeeping device
• Should not be used for navigation, aviation, maritime, medical, pharmaceutical, legal, financial trading, examination timing, or any other purpose where precise, reliable, or legally defensible timekeeping is required

Under no circumstances should you rely on Sol Clock as your sole or primary source of time for any consequential activity. Always verify the time against an independent, reliable timekeeping source when accuracy matters.

10. No Recommendation or Endorsement

The display of SOL, SKR, or any other token data in Sol Clock does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or promotion of any cryptocurrency, blockchain network, exchange, or project. Token inclusion in the App is based solely on relevance to the Solana Seeker ecosystem.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Sol Clock shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary) arising from or in connection with:

• Any reliance on the Displayed Information
• Any financial, investment, or trading decisions you make
• Inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable data
• Third-party API failures or data errors
• Blockchain network issues, congestion, or outages
• Changes in cryptocurrency market conditions
• Inaccurate, delayed, or incorrect time display, including world clock times and daylight saving transitions
• Any other use of or inability to use the App

13. Australian Consumer Law Notice

If you are an Australian consumer, certain consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) cannot be excluded. This Disclaimer does not purport to exclude or limit any non-excludable consumer guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the App or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

14. Regulatory Compliance Statement

Sol Clock is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it is available, including:

• International sanctions compliance (OFAC, EU, UK OFSI, Australian DFAT) via geographic screening
• Consumer protection laws via clear disclaimers and transparency
• Privacy laws via a local-only data architecture (see our Privacy Policy)

• You understand that all time information displayed is indicative only and derived from your device's system clock
• You accept the risks outlined in this document
• You are of legal age and not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
