By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sol Clock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the developer of Sol Clock ("we", "us", "our").
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when material changes are made.
By accepting these Terms you represent that: you are at least 18 years of age; you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts; you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a sanctioned jurisdiction; and you are not on any government sanctions list.
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, MidMightBit Games (Australia) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of Sol Clock on a device that you own or lawfully control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence transfers no ownership to you and may be terminated as described in these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law that cannot be waived, you may not: copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the App or any portion of it; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of it; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or trademarks; use it to develop a competing product or service; circumvent, disable, or interfere with its geographic or sanctions-compliance controls; or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
The App is licensed, not sold. MidMightBit Games (Australia) and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
The App includes open-source software provided under its own licence terms. Those terms govern that software to the extent they conflict with this Section 1.
Sol Clock is an analogue clock and information dashboard application designed for the Solana Seeker phone (Android) that displays:
The App functions primarily as a read-only information display tool. Other than the optional one-time on-chain purchase to unlock Pro features — which you authorise and sign in your own wallet (see Section 2A) — it does not execute trades, swap tokens, transfer funds on your behalf, manage portfolios, or provide financial advisory services of any kind.
Time display disclaimer: All time information displayed by Sol Clock (including the analogue clock face, digital readouts, world clock zones, date display, screensaver time, and widget time) is indicative only and derived from your device's internal system clock. The time shown is not independently verified, synchronised, or calibrated by the App. World clock times and daylight saving adjustments are approximate and based on your device's timezone database. Sol Clock is not a certified timekeeping instrument and must not be relied upon for navigation, aviation, maritime, medical, legal, financial trading, or any other time-critical purpose. You should always verify the time against an independent, reliable source when accuracy matters.
The clock face, unlimited world clocks, live SOL and SKR price display, slot height, wallet-balance display, screensaver, and both home-screen widgets (clock and price) are free for everyone. Optional Pro features (5 premium clock faces and 5 premium accent themes — cosmetic only; every function of the app is free) can be unlocked with a one-time payment of 0.0607 SOL or 651 SKR, paid directly from your own Solana wallet. Holders of a Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) pay a discounted price of 586 SKR when paying in SKR. Installs of Sol Clock made before 8 September 2026 by SGT holders keep Pro at no charge.
Payments are made on the Solana blockchain directly from your wallet to our receiving address, using the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. You authorise and sign each payment in your own wallet; Sol Clock never takes custody of your funds and does not store your payment details. Your Pro unlock is tied to your wallet and can be restored at any time using the Restore Purchases option in Settings, which first checks the unlock recorded on your device (including a restored Android backup) and then, if none is found, scans the blockchain for your payment. Because the payment is a permanent on-chain record, Pro can be recovered on a new device with the same wallet even if no backup exists.
Because on-chain transactions are irreversible, Pro purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law and EU/UK consumer rights). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Except as required by such laws, purchases are final and non-refundable. Token amounts are fixed and their value in your local currency may vary. The only payment Sol Clock facilitates is the optional Pro purchase described in this section; the App remains an information display tool and not a financial service.

Sol Clock retrieves data from third-party APIs including Jupiter, Raydium, CoinGecko, and Solana RPC endpoints, and sends anonymous usage counters to our analytics endpoint at sol-clock-analytics.aardappvark.workers.dev (hosted on Cloudflare — see the Privacy Policy, Section 3). You acknowledge that:
The App, including its design, source code, graphics, user interface, compilation, and arrangement of content, is the original work of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use.
"Solana", "Seeker", "SOL", and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners (Solana Foundation, Solana Mobile, etc.) and are used in this App for identification and interoperability purposes only. Sol Clock is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation or Solana Mobile Inc.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer of Sol Clock from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Notwithstanding the foregoing:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, Sanctions & Restricted Regions Policy, Copyright Notice, and Licence, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding your use of the App. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any right on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of any right on any subsequent occasion.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, network failures, blockchain network congestion or outages, third-party API failures, or changes in applicable law or regulation.
