The CitizenSol application, including its source code, user interface design, visual assets, graphics, animations, and overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of MidMightBit Games and is protected by copyright law and international treaties.

2. United States Civics Content

The U.S. citizenship test questions included in CitizenSol are based on the USCIS civics test questions. Works produced by the United States federal government are in the public domain pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 105, which states that copyright protection is not available for any work of the United States Government.

While the underlying civics questions from USCIS are public domain, our specific presentation, formatting, organisation, bilingual translations, and any additional explanatory content are original works and remain the property of MidMightBit Games.

3. All Other Country Content

Questions for all countries other than the United States are original compositions created by MidMightBit Games. These questions are based on publicly available information about each country's history, government, geography, culture, and civic knowledge, including:

• Publicly available citizenship test topic lists and study guides published by governments
• General knowledge about each country's history, constitution, and political system
• Publicly known cultural, geographic, and civic facts

These questions are original works of authorship. They are not copies of official test questions and should not be treated as such. The selection, arrangement, wording, and presentation of all non-US questions is copyright MidMightBit Games.

4. Trademark Attributions

The following trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used in the App and on this website solely for identification and descriptive purposes. No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied.

• Solana is a trademark of Solana Foundation. CitizenSol is not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana Foundation.
• Seeker and Saga are trademarks of Solana Mobile Inc. CitizenSol is not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana Mobile Inc.
• Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) is associated with the Solana Seeker device. CitizenSol is not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana Mobile Inc.
• Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
• Material Design and Jetpack Compose are trademarks of Google LLC.
• Kotlin is a trademark of the Kotlin Foundation.

All country names, government agency names, and related marks referenced in the App are the property of their respective governments and are used solely for identification purposes.

5. No Affiliation

CitizenSol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to:

• Solana Foundation
• Solana Mobile Inc.
• Any government or government agency referenced in the App
• Any official citizenship testing body

6. Permitted Use

You may use the App in accordance with the Terms of Service. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or its content
• Create derivative works based on the App's content
• Extract or scrape question content for use in other products
• Use the App's design, branding, or visual identity without written permission
