Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CitizenSol ("the App"), developed by MidMightBit Games ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Novelty and Entertainment Only

CITIZENSOL IS FOR NOVELTY AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

The App is not an official citizenship test preparation tool. It is not endorsed, approved, or affiliated with any government, immigration agency, or official testing body. Content in the App should not be relied upon for actual citizenship test preparation. See our Disclaimer for full details.

2. No Government Affiliation

CitizenSol is an independent, privately developed application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the following governments or their immigration agencies:

• United Kingdom — UK Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration
• Canada — Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
• Australia — Department of Home Affairs (DHA)

• Netherlands — Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND)
• Spain — Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration
• Italy — Ministry of the Interior
• Sweden — Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket)

All country names, government agency names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification purposes.

3. No Warranty of Accuracy

The questions, answers, and educational content in the App are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any question or answer
• Whether content reflects current official test material
• Whether content matches the format, difficulty, or scope of actual citizenship tests
• The suitability of the content for any particular purpose

Questions may contain errors, may be outdated, and may differ significantly from actual citizenship test questions. Citizenship test content changes frequently and without notice by the respective governments.

4. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or professional guidance of any kind. The App does not replace consultation with qualified immigration lawyers, registered migration agents, or official government resources. Always consult official sources and qualified professionals for immigration matters.

5. Wallet Connection

The App offers optional Solana wallet connection via Sign In With Solana (SIWS). By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge that:

• The connection is read-only — the App cannot and will not initiate, sign, or submit any blockchain transactions
• Wallet connection is used solely for Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) verification
• Your public wallet address is stored locally on your device in encrypted storage
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• We are not liable for any loss of digital assets

6. SGT Verification

SGT verification is an optional feature that checks Seeker Genesis Token ownership via the Solana blockchain. SGT verification may provide access to additional features or content within the App. SGT status is determined by on-chain data and is not controlled by us.

7. Regional Restrictions

The App is not available in certain regions due to international sanctions compliance. The App performs on-device checks to determine regional availability. If you are located in a restricted region, the App will not function. See our Sanctions Policy for the full list of restricted regions. You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent these restrictions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent regional restrictions or sanctions compliance features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content
• Represent the App as an official government product or service
• Use the App content to create competing products

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIDMIGHTBIT GAMES, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed AUD $10.00 (ten Australian dollars).

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MidMightBit Games from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on App content for actual citizenship test preparation.

12. Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
