These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CitizenSol ("the App"), developed by MidMightBit Games ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
CITIZENSOL IS FOR NOVELTY AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
The App is not an official citizenship test preparation tool. It is not endorsed, approved, or affiliated with any government, immigration agency, or official testing body. Content in the App should not be relied upon for actual citizenship test preparation. See our Disclaimer for full details.
By accepting these Terms you represent that: you are at least 18 years of age; you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts; you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a sanctioned jurisdiction; and you are not on any government sanctions list.
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, MidMightBit Games (Australia) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of CitizenSol on a device that you own or lawfully control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence transfers no ownership to you and may be terminated as described in these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law that cannot be waived, you may not: copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the App or any portion of it; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of it; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or trademarks; use it to develop a competing product or service; circumvent, disable, or interfere with its geographic or sanctions-compliance controls; or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
The App is licensed, not sold. MidMightBit Games (Australia) and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
The App includes open-source software provided under its own licence terms. Those terms govern that software to the extent they conflict with this Section 1.
CitizenSol is an independent, privately developed application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the following governments or their immigration agencies:
Nor are we affiliated with any other national, federal, state, or local government agency worldwide. All country names, government agency names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification purposes.
The questions, answers, and educational content in the App are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:
Questions may contain errors, may be outdated, and may differ significantly from actual citizenship test questions. Citizenship test content changes frequently and without notice by the respective governments.
Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or professional guidance of any kind. The App does not replace consultation with qualified immigration lawyers, registered migration agents, or official government resources. Always consult official sources and qualified professionals for immigration matters.
The App offers optional Solana wallet connection via Sign In With Solana (SIWS), and an optional one-time Pro unlock. By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge that:
Pro purchase. Pro (Mock Tests, Smart Review and Wrong-Answer Review) is an optional one-time unlock paid on Solana mainnet — 0.01 SOL, or a discounted 10 SKR (Seeker/SGT holders pay 5 SKR). You pay from your own wallet directly to the developer's treasury; there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Because blockchain payments are irreversible, all sales are final and non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Except as required by such laws, purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices are fixed token amounts (not pegged to any fiat currency) and may change for future purchases. Your unlock is permanent and can be restored from the blockchain on the wallet that paid.
SGT verification is an optional feature that checks Seeker Genesis Token ownership via the Solana blockchain. SGT verification may provide access to additional features or content within the App. SGT status is determined by on-chain data and is not controlled by us.
The App is not available in certain regions due to international sanctions compliance. The App performs on-device checks to determine regional availability. If you are located in a restricted region, the App will not function. See our Sanctions Policy for the full list of restricted regions. You agree not to use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent these restrictions.
You agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIDMIGHTBIT GAMES, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed AUD $10.00 (ten Australian dollars).
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MidMightBit Games from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on App content for actual citizenship test preparation.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling deletes the App's data from your device. If Android Backup is enabled on your device, the App's settings and progress data are included in your device's encrypted Google backup, survive uninstalling the App, and may be restored when you reinstall. Wallet data is always excluded from backup. You can exclude the App from backup in Android Settings or delete the backup from your Google account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
