The FarmSolDirect application, including but not limited to its source code, object code, user interface design, visual design, graphics, icons, layout, colour schemes, text content, and documentation, is the original intellectual property of the developer and is protected by:

2. Data Source Attributions

FarmSolDirect displays agricultural data sourced from the following third-party organisations and services. We gratefully acknowledge these data sources and use their data in accordance with applicable terms.

Seasonal crop calendar data displayed in FarmSolDirect is derived from FAO reference data. The FAO is a specialised agency of the United Nations that leads international efforts to defeat hunger. The use of FAO data in FarmSolDirect does not imply endorsement by the FAO of this application or its content. FAO data is provided for informational reference purposes only.

2.2 USDA (United States Department of Agriculture)

Reference pricing data and NASS production data displayed in FarmSolDirect is sourced from publicly available USDA datasets. The USDA is a department of the United States federal government. The use of USDA data in FarmSolDirect does not imply endorsement by the USDA of this application or its content. USDA data is provided for informational reference purposes only.

2.3 FAOSTAT

Global production and price reference data is sourced from FAOSTAT, the statistical database of the FAO. FAOSTAT data is used in accordance with the FAO Open Data policy. The use of FAOSTAT data does not imply endorsement by the FAO.

2.4 Frankfurter API

Currency exchange rate data is sourced from the Frankfurter API, an open-source service providing exchange rate data. Frankfurter is a free, open-source project and is not affiliated with any financial institution. Exchange rates are approximate and for informational purposes only.
