FarmSolDirect:

• Is NOT a marketplace, exchange, brokerage, or trading platform
• Does NOT process, facilitate, mediate, or execute any transactions
• Does NOT handle payments, escrow, or settlement of any kind
• Does NOT match buyers with sellers or create binding agreements
• Does NOT take custody of, inspect, transport, or deliver any produce
• Does NOT charge commissions, fees, or take any percentage of any transaction

Any transaction that may occur between users happens entirely outside the App, at the sole discretion and risk of the parties involved.

2. Reference Pricing Disclaimer

Reference pricing data displayed in FarmSolDirect is sourced from third-party agencies including the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). This pricing data:

• Is approximate only — prices are indicative reference points, not real-time market quotations
• May be inaccurate — source data may contain errors, calculation issues, or reporting inconsistencies
• May be outdated — pricing data may lag behind current market conditions by days, weeks, or longer
• May be inapplicable — reference prices from one region, grade, or market may not reflect conditions in your local market
• May be entirely unavailable — data sources may experience downtime or discontinuation
• Is not audited or verified — we do not independently verify the accuracy of data from our sources
• Does not account for quality grades, organic certification, lot sizes, packaging, transport costs, seasonality premiums, or local supply and demand

Under no circumstances should you rely on prices displayed by FarmSolDirect for purchasing, selling, or pricing decisions.

Seasonal growing calendar data displayed in FarmSolDirect is derived from FAO Crop Calendar data and other agricultural reference sources. This calendar data:

• Is approximate only — actual growing seasons vary significantly based on microclimate, altitude, soil type, weather patterns, and local conditions
• May not reflect your region — calendar data is generalised by country or broad region and may not apply to your specific location
• Does not account for climate change impacts, unusual weather events, frost dates, irrigation availability, or cultivar-specific timing
• Should not be used as the basis for planting, harvesting, or crop management decisions
• Is not agricultural advice — always consult local agricultural extension services, agronomists, or experienced growers for planting guidance

4. Currency Conversion Disclaimer

Currency conversion data displayed in FarmSolDirect is sourced from the Frankfurter API, an open-source exchange rate service. Currency conversions:

• Are approximate only — exchange rates are indicative and may not reflect rates available to you
• May be delayed — rates may not be current or real-time
• Are not suitable for financial decisions — do not use displayed conversions for pricing, invoicing, accounting, or any financial purpose
• Do not include bank spreads, transfer fees, or other costs associated with actual currency conversion
• May be unavailable — the Frankfurter API may experience downtime or discontinuation

5. Food Safety Disclaimer

Users are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Verifying the safety, quality, and fitness for consumption of any produce they purchase from any source
• Ensuring proper food handling, storage, cold chain maintenance, and hygiene practices
• Confirming that produce meets applicable food safety standards and regulations in their jurisdiction

The developer assumes no liability for any illness, injury, loss, or damage arising from the consumption or handling of produce identified through or referenced in the App.

Delivery cost estimates displayed in the App are user-provided and unverified. FarmSolDirect:

• Does not verify, calculate, or validate delivery cost estimates
• Does not arrange, coordinate, or facilitate delivery or logistics
• Makes no representation about the accuracy of any delivery cost estimate
• Assumes no liability for discrepancies between estimated and actual delivery costs

13. Produce Quality and Origin

FarmSolDirect does not inspect, verify, certify, or guarantee:

• Produce quality, freshness, condition, or grade
• Geographic origin or provenance claims
• Organic status, certification, or growing method claims
• Weight, quantity, or volume accuracy
• Any other claims made by users in listings or profiles

Users transact entirely at their own risk outside the App and are solely responsible for verifying all claims and conducting appropriate due diligence.

14. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain

FarmSolDirect includes a wallet connection feature using Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. This feature:

• Is for informational and identification purposes only
• Does not facilitate, execute, or process cryptocurrency transactions
• Does not hold custody of any digital assets or funds
• Does not provide financial advice related to cryptocurrency
• Cannot move, transfer, or spend any of your assets under any circumstances

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of FarmSolDirect shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary) arising from or in connection with:

• Any reliance on pricing data, seasonal data, currency conversions, or any other information displayed in the App
• Any produce transaction, arrangement, or dealing between users or third parties
• Foodborne illness, injury, or loss arising from produce identified through the App
• Inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable data from any source
• Third-party API failures or data errors
• Regulatory non-compliance by any user
• Any other use of or inability to use the App

16. Australian Consumer Law Notice

If you are an Australian consumer, certain consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) cannot be excluded. This Disclaimer does not purport to exclude or limit any non-excludable consumer guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the App or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
