1. General Disclaimer

Sol Price Widget is a home screen widget for the Solana Seeker phone that displays cryptocurrency price data. All price data, market data, token information, 24-hour change percentages, and any other information displayed by the App (collectively, “Displayed Information”) is provided strictly for entertainment, informational, and novelty purposes only.

The Displayed Information does not constitute, and must not be construed as:

• Financial advice or financial product advice (as defined under the Australian Corporations Act 2001)
• Investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation
• Trading advice, trading signals, or buy/sell/hold recommendations
• Tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice
• An offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any financial product, security, commodity, or digital asset
• A personal recommendation based on your financial circumstances
• Professional advice of any kind

2. Not a Financial Service

Sol Price Widget is not a financial service, financial product, managed investment scheme, or derivatives product under Australian law (Corporations Act 2001), United States law (Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Investment Advisers Act of 1940), European Union law (MiFID II, MiCA), United Kingdom law (Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), or the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Sol Price Widget is not registered with, licensed by, or regulated by:

• The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
• The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC)
• The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
• The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
• The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
• The Japan Financial Services Agency (FSA)
• The Korea Financial Services Commission (FSC)
• Any other financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction

The App does not require such registration because it is a passive information display tool that does not provide financial services, facilitate transactions, hold custody of assets, or provide financial advice.

3. Price Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency price data is sourced from third-party APIs (Jupiter Aggregator, Raydium, CoinGecko) and:

• May be delayed — Prices are fetched on a background schedule the user chooses in the App’s settings (from every 15 minutes up to every 3 hours) and may not reflect the most current market price
• May be inaccurate — Third-party data sources may provide incorrect data due to API errors, calculation errors, or data feed issues
• May be incomplete — Not all trading pairs or exchanges are represented; data may be missing for some tokens
• May be entirely unavailable — API services may experience downtime, rate limiting, or discontinuation
• May differ from other sources — Prices on different exchanges and data providers vary due to liquidity, time zone, and market microstructure differences
• Are not audited or verified — We do not independently verify the accuracy of data from our third-party sources

Under no circumstances should you rely on prices displayed by Sol Price Widget for trading, investment, or any financial decisions.

4. Cryptocurrency Risk Acknowledgement

By using Sol Price Widget, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the following risks inherent in cryptocurrency markets:

4.1 Market volatility

Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile. Prices can and do fluctuate dramatically within very short periods. Past performance of any cryptocurrency, including all 12 tokens displayed in the App, is not indicative of future performance.

4.2 Regulatory risk

Cryptocurrency regulation varies significantly by jurisdiction and is rapidly evolving. Changes in law or regulation could materially affect the value, transferability, or legality of cryptocurrency tokens.

4.3 Technology risk

Blockchain networks, including Solana, may experience technical failures, congestion, halts, exploits, or other issues that could affect token values or accessibility.

4.4 Total loss risk

The value of any cryptocurrency, including SOL, SKR, BONK, JUP, RAY, PYTH, JTO, WIF, ORCA, RENDER, HNT, and W, may decline to zero. You could lose the entire value of your holdings.

4.5 Liquidity risk

There is no guarantee of sufficient market liquidity for any cryptocurrency token at any given time.

4.6 Token-specific risks

Each token displayed in the App has its own unique risks related to its project, team, technology, tokenomics, and community. The inclusion of any token in the App does not constitute an assessment or endorsement of that token’s viability or safety.

5. No Custody, No Transactions

Sol Price Widget:

• Does not hold, store, custody, or manage any cryptocurrency, tokens, digital assets, or funds
• Does not facilitate, execute, process, or mediate any transactions, trades, swaps, transfers, or payments
• Does not connect to any wallet or require any wallet credentials
• Does not have access to any private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
• Cannot move, transfer, or spend any of your assets under any circumstances
• Functions purely as a read-only price display

6. No Recommendation or Endorsement

The display of SOL, SKR, BONK, JUP, RAY, PYTH, JTO, WIF, ORCA, RENDER, HNT, W, or any other token data in Sol Price Widget does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or promotion of any cryptocurrency, blockchain network, exchange, or project. Token inclusion in the App is based solely on relevance to the Solana ecosystem and user interest, and does not imply any evaluation of the token’s investment merit or safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Sol Price Widget shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary) arising from or in connection with:

• Any reliance on the Displayed Information
• Any financial, investment, or trading decisions you make
• Inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable data
• Third-party API failures or data errors
• Blockchain network issues, congestion, or outages
• Changes in cryptocurrency market conditions
• Any other use of or inability to use the App

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed AUD $10.00 (ten Australian dollars).

9. Australian Consumer Law Notice

If you are an Australian consumer, certain consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) cannot be excluded. This Disclaimer does not purport to exclude or limit any non-excludable consumer guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the App or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

By using Sol Price Widget, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure in its entirety
• You understand that Sol Price Widget is an entertainment and informational tool, not a financial service
• You will not rely on any data displayed by the App for financial or investment decisions
• You accept the risks outlined in this document
• You are of legal age and not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
