1. Copyright Ownership
Undersigned and all of its original content, features, functionality, design, user interface, graphics, icons, and source code are the exclusive property of MidMightBit Games, trading as ADappvark, and are protected by Australian and international copyright law.
No part of Undersigned may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, transmitted, or otherwise used without prior written consent, except as permitted by the License.
2. Original Content
- Application source code and compiled binaries
- The SRL1 review protocol: the memo wire format, tag vocabulary, and ranking/weighting logic
- User interface design, layout, and visual elements
- App icon, store graphics, and branding assets (original vector artwork)
- Original text, descriptions, and documentation
3. Third-Party Trademarks and Attributions
Undersigned references, integrates with, or reads data from the following third parties. All third-party trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Undersigned is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

4. Fonts
The App's typeface is Manrope, © 2018 The Manrope Project Authors (Mikhail Sharanda), licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. The full licence text ships inside the App (Settings > Font licence) and at openfontlicense.org. The font is used as-is.
5. Solana dApp Store Data
Catalogue metadata, star ratings and reviews the App displays as belonging to the Solana dApp Store are supplied by Solana Mobile's own public GraphQL feed and remain the property of Solana Mobile Inc. and the respective app publishers. Undersigned's own review ledger is a separate, independent data set created by users signing transactions; see the Terms, section 2.
6. Open-Source Components
Undersigned incorporates open-source software under its own licence terms: the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter client library (Apache License 2.0), the seeker-verify Genesis Token verification library, AndroidX and Jetpack Compose (Apache License 2.0), Kotlin standard library and coroutines (Apache License 2.0), and the Manrope typeface (OFL 1.1). Nothing in this notice restricts the rights those licences grant.
7. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content within Undersigned infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Where the alleged infringing material is located within the App
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
to aardappvark@proton.me. If your complaint concerns the text of a review published on-chain by another user rather than App content, see the Terms, section 9A, and the report control described there — that removes the content from the App's display, though not from the blockchain itself.
