Signed reviews for the Solana dApp Store

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Important: Undersigned is a non-custodial utility. It builds one unsigned memo transaction per review, which you approve and sign in your own wallet through Seed Vault / Mobile Wallet Adapter. Anything you choose to publish — a rating, tags, or free-text note — is written to the public Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted by you, by us, or by anyone. Reading and signing are free of charge; the App charges only for an optional Pro software licence and for promoting your own review (section 8A), and, for publishers and developers, for a payments-board listing and an API pass. The App holds no token. Nothing in the App is financial advice, and no score or fact shown is a safety verdict.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Undersigned ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and MidMightBit Games, trading as ADappvark ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").

1.1 Capacity to Contract

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using the App you represent that you are.

1.2 Licence Grant

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, MidMightBit Games (Australia) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of Undersigned on a device that you own or lawfully control, solely for your own personal purposes. This licence transfers no ownership to you and may be terminated as described in these Terms.

1.3 Licence Restrictions

You must not (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notice; (e) use the App to interfere with any blockchain network, wallet, the Solana dApp Store, or any third-party service; or (f) use the App in any way that breaches the Sanctions policy or applicable law.

1.4 Ownership and Reservation of Rights

The App, including its code, design, text and graphics, is owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. See the License and Copyright Notice.

1.5 Open-Source Components

The App incorporates open-source and third-party components under their own licences, including the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter client library (Apache-2.0), the seeker-verify Genesis Token verification library, and the Manrope typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1). Those licences govern those components. See the Copyright Notice.

2. Description of Service

Undersigned is a sybil-resistant, on-chain review and trust layer that sits beside the Solana dApp Store. It does not modify, replace, or speak for the store.

The App never holds, controls, or has access to your private keys or funds, and never installs, updates, or removes any app on your device; installing or opening an app is a deep link out to the Solana dApp Store, which handles it. "Solana", "Seeker", "Genesis Token" and "dApp Store" are used throughout the App descriptively, to identify the platform the App reads and writes to; they are trademarks of their respective owners and their use does not imply affiliation.

2A. Permissions the App Requests

The App declares the permissions below. Three are requested directly by the App; the remainder are contributed by the Android libraries it uses (Jetpack WorkManager for the scheduled ledger check, and the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter client for wallet hand-off) and are listed here for completeness because they appear on the App's store listing.

PermissionWhy it is present
INTERNETTo read the public Solana ledger through RPC providers, the dApp Store's public catalogue and reviews, and the publisher verification file. Requested by the App.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGESTo read which apps are installed on the device and their version, signing certificate hash and requested dangerous permissions, so the App can show the "what your device can verify" panel and tell you when an installed app's certificate or permissions change. This is computed and stored on your device only and is never uploaded, transmitted or shared. Requested by the App.
POST_NOTIFICATIONSOptional. Only if you switch alerts on, to show local notifications about new signed reviews on apps you follow and replies to your records. Requested by the App; you may refuse or revoke it at any time and the rest of the App continues to work.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEContributed by WorkManager, so the scheduled ledger check waits for a network connection instead of failing.
WAKE_LOCKContributed by WorkManager, so a scheduled check that has already started can finish.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETEDContributed by WorkManager, so a schedule you enabled survives a restart of the device.
FOREGROUND_SERVICEContributed by WorkManager. The App schedules only ordinary periodic work and does not run a foreground service.
REORDER_TASKSContributed by the Mobile Wallet Adapter client, so your wallet app can return to the App after you approve or decline a signature.
com.undersigned.app.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSIONGenerated by Android itself. It protects the App's own internal broadcast receivers from other apps; it grants nothing to anyone.

The App requests no location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, phone or SMS permission of any kind.

2B. The Website and the API

Beside the App, the Developer may run a website and an API that show the same public ledger: a page for each app with its signed reviews, a page for each wallet, a weekly Store watch report, badges that publishers can embed, and pages from which a wallet can sign a review, a reply, a helpful vote or a flag. The App does not depend on them and never sends them anything.

What the website can and cannot do. The website builds a transaction and your own wallet signs it; the website holds no key and cannot sign for you. Nothing on the website can change or delete a record on-chain. The Developer may stop the website and API showing the text of a record (for example where it is unlawful or exposes private information); the record stays listed, marked as such, and stays on-chain. See section 9A and the website's "Report content" page.

The API is offered as is, with rate limits, and may change or stop. Store ratings and catalogue data shown there belong to the Solana dApp Store.

3. Permanence and Your Responsibility

Publishing a review, revocation, or reply is final in one specific sense: the text itself cannot be deleted from the Solana blockchain by you, by us, or by anyone, once the network confirms it. Before your wallet opens, the App shows you exactly what will be written and, for free text, a second consent screen with the permanence warning in full. You are responsible for reading it. In particular:

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the dApp Store's public catalogue, the on-chain review ledger, the installed-app facts panel, staked-SKR weighting, or that any transaction will be accepted by the network, or that RPC providers, the dApp Store's feed, or wallets will be available or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of reputation, profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App, including from:

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to AUD 20 or, if you hold a Pro licence, the amount you paid for the current term, whichever is greater, except where a consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded applies.

6. Data Accuracy

Scores, catalogue metadata, Genesis Token status, staked-SKR figures, and installed-app facts are read live from public Solana RPC providers, the dApp Store's public feed, and your device's PackageManager. They can be stale, rate-limited, cached, or wrong. Because ranking is deterministic from whatever the chain shows at read time, two devices reading at different moments, or with different local caches, may show different scores for the same app until both catch up.

7. User Responsibilities

8. Sign In With Solana (SIWS)

Undersigned uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter for Sign In With Solana. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

8A. Fees: free to read and sign; Pro is an optional licence

Reading the ledger, signing reviews, replies, flags, clears and disputes, claiming an app and the device-facts panel are free and always will be. There is no subscription, no token issued by the App, and nothing paid for reviewing, following or replying. The only value that leaves your wallet for any of these is the Solana network fee, which your own wallet sets and which goes to the Solana network, never to the Developer.

Pro is an optional software licence for tools around the signing: importing your store reviews, the publisher desk, exporting the ledger as CSV or JSON, and hourly alerts for the apps you follow. Copying a signed review to the dApp Store listing is free. It is priced in SOL or in SKR, at your choice; the exact amount in each is shown in the App before you sign, and the SOL and SKR legs are re-pegged only between releases, never after you have paid. A term lasts twelve months from the moment the payment confirms. Nothing renews by itself and nothing can bill you: renewing is another transaction you choose to sign, and a renewal signed before a term ends starts when that term ends.

The payment is a transfer from your wallet to the Developer's treasury address DD4aPDhf396NhNDxa4PBVf1u3uzCUP2QYm2dFMmJWq2Q (for SKR, to that address's associated token account), carrying a public reference and the memo UNS. That payment is the licence: the App reads the amount you paid and the twelve-month term follows from it. It is public and permanent like every other record on the ledger — anyone reading the ledger can see that the paying wallet holds Pro and until when. The licence is tied to the wallet, not to the device; any phone signed in with that wallet has it, and the App reads it from the chain with no account, no server and nothing stored about you.

Listing a treasury on the payments board costs a one-time fee per app and treasury, paid in SOL or SKR in the same transaction that signs the listing; the exact amount in each is shown before you sign, with a lower SKR amount for wallets holding a Seeker Genesis Token. Changing the payment code or listing again later costs only the network fee. A listing shows payments your treasury has received on-chain; it is not advertising and buys no ranking.

An API pass is an optional licence to call the paid parts of the API: a stated number of requests over a stated number of days, bought with one SOL or SKR transfer to the same treasury address. The amounts and what they buy are shown by the API before you pay. A pass is redeemed by the wallet that paid, or by whoever holds the checkout secret issued for that payment; keep it private. Paying again adds requests and time. A pass does not renew by itself. A payment below the pass price, from the minimum top-up the API states, buys pay-per-call credits instead: calls at the per-call rate the API states, valid for a year, kept apart from any pass. The same terms apply to credits as to a pass.

Pro buys tools, a Pro member mark and its own labelled score line; it never changes the signed score. The signed score counts every counted review once, weighted by the attested device, one per attested device (staked SKR and SOL are shown beside each review for transparency and never weighed) and what the review carries (install time, usage, a written note); no payment to the Developer enters it, and paying the Developer never makes a review count for more. Beside it, the App shows a separately labelled "Pro members" score for reviews written while the author held Pro, with its own count, and lists reviews under the headings Organic reviews, Pro members, Promoted reviews · paid, Related to Undersigned or the publisher, and Not counted. A Pro member may pay to promote their own review, and in paying confirms they are not paid by, employed by or acting for the app's publisher or a competitor; promotion bought for anyone else's benefit is prohibited and is withdrawn when found: it is then listed in a separate, shaded "Promoted reviews · paid" section after the organic reviews, marked "Promoted · paid" and counted in a separate Promoted score; it is never shown first and its weight and the signed score are unchanged. Promotion is not available to verified publishers, the Developer's own wallets, holders of a Pro seat given by the app's publisher, or on apps the Developer publishes. A Pro seat given by an app's publisher makes its holder's review of that publisher's apps count in no score. Payment never changes how anyone's review is flagged, cleared, disputed or hidden. See the Review Integrity Policy.

Refunds and your statutory rights. Pro and a promotion are digital content and services supplied immediately. Before you pay, the payment screen asks you to request immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose any fourteen-day withdrawal right once the payment is confirmed on-chain (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 37); the confirmation, with the transaction signature as your receipt, is shown when the payment confirms. You cannot pay without giving that consent. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and under Directive (EU) 2019/770 (see "Conformity of digital content" below) are unaffected: if a Pro tool does not work as described and we cannot bring it into conformity within a reasonable time, you may ask for a proportionate refund of the current term, paid to the wallet that paid, in the token it paid with. Solana network fees go to the network and are not refundable by us. A payment that never confirmed on-chain was never charged. To claim, email the address in section 13 with the licence transaction signature.

9. Intellectual Property

"Undersigned", the App's icon and artwork are trademarks or trade dress of the Developer. "Solana", "Seeker", "Genesis Token" and "dApp Store" are trademarks of Solana Labs, Solana Mobile Inc. or the Solana Foundation, used descriptively; the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Solana Foundation, Solana Labs or Solana Mobile.

9A. User-Generated Content and the Public Ledger

This section governs anything you choose to publish through the App: a rating, tags, free-text note, revocation, or publisher reply.

10. Restricted Regions

Undersigned is not available for use in 17 sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions: Belarus (BY), Central African Republic (CF), Cuba (CU), Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD), Iran (IR), Libya (LY), Myanmar (MM), Nicaragua (NI), North Korea (KP), Russia (RU), Somalia (SO), South Sudan (SS), Sudan (SD), Syria (SY), Venezuela (VE), Yemen (YE) and Zimbabwe (ZW). You represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a resident or national of, any of them. See our Sanctions & Restricted Regions page for details.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 3 to 6, 8A, 9, 9A, 12 and 16 survive termination. Termination does not, and cannot, remove any content already confirmed on-chain.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the App, or any content you published or transaction you approved in your wallet.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at this page and its version number is shown in the App; the App asks you to accept a new version before continuing. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice, License, Disclaimer, and Sanctions policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of Undersigned and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to the European Union and EEA section below and to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

European Union and EEA Consumers

This section applies if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area. It adds to your rights and does not reduce them. If anything elsewhere in these Terms conflicts with this section, this section prevails for you.

Conformity of digital content — Directive (EU) 2019/770

We must supply the App supplied to you, including where you provide personal data rather than a price in conformity with the contract: fit for the purpose such content is normally used for, of the quality and performance you can reasonably expect, and supplied with the updates you are told about. Where a lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year of supply, it is presumed to have existed at the time of supply and you do not have to prove otherwise.

If the App is not in conformity you are entitled, in order, to have it brought into conformity free of charge and without significant inconvenience; and, where that is impossible, disproportionate, not done within a reasonable time, or the lack of conformity is serious, to a proportionate reduction of the price or to terminate the contract and receive a refund. These remedies are free of charge to you and are in addition to any other remedy you may have.

Unfair terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts. Any term that has not been individually negotiated and that causes a significant imbalance in the parties' rights and obligations to your detriment, contrary to the requirement of good faith, is not binding on you; the rest of the Terms continue to apply.

Governing law and where you can sue

The choice of law stated elsewhere in these Terms does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country where you are habitually resident (Article 6, Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 — Rome I). You may bring proceedings against us in the courts of that country, and we will bring any proceedings against you only there (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at aardappvark@proton.me. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution body in your Member State, or seek free assistance from your national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). Note that the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Support, Changes and Discontinuation

This section sets out how long we support Undersigned, what we may change, and what happens to your licence if we stop working on the App. It adds to your rights and does not reduce them.

This section prevails. Any earlier provision of these Terms that would let us modify, suspend, terminate or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at will, at any time, for any reason or without notice, is superseded by this section and does not apply to you. What governs is the notice period, the commitments about what survives, and this section's terms, set out below.

Your licence does not expire

The licence granted to you is perpetual. It does not lapse when our support period ends, and it is not a subscription. Support and updates are a separate commitment, described next.

Support period

We commit to supporting Undersigned — correcting defects and keeping it working on current Seeker devices — for at least 12 months from the date you install it. We may of course support it for longer, and we will not shorten this period.

If we discontinue the App

We may stop developing and supporting Undersigned if there is a genuine reason to — for example the App is no longer viable to maintain, a service it depends on closes, or we are required to stop. If we do, we will:

Withdrawing the App from a store listing is not the same as discontinuing it. If a listing is withdrawn, everything in this section still applies and the installer remains available at the address above. The public review ledger itself is not something we can withdraw: it exists on Solana independently of the App and of any store listing.

Changes to the App

We may change Undersigned to fix defects, meet a legal requirement, or keep it working on current devices. Where a change is not one of those and would adversely affect your access to or use of the App, we will tell you in advance and, if you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may end the contract free of charge within 30 days under Article 19 of Directive (EU) 2019/770.
