Read this before you sign your first review. Anything you publish through Undersigned — a rating, tags, or a free-text note — is written to the public Solana blockchain once your wallet signs it. It cannot be deleted by you, by us, or by anyone. Withdrawing it stops the App counting and showing it; it does not remove the text from the chain.
1. General Disclaimer
Undersigned is a utility that reads the Solana dApp Store's public catalogue and a public on-chain review ledger, and lets you build and sign your own review, revocation, or reply transactions. It is provided "AS IS".
2. Permanent, Public On-Chain Records
Once your wallet signs and the network confirms a review, revocation, or reply, the memo text is permanent public blockchain data. Withdrawing a review stops Undersigned counting or displaying it; it does not and cannot delete it from Solana. Anyone — including people other than us, using any other application or block explorer — can read it forever. Before publishing free text the App shows a second consent screen stating this plainly; read it.
3. Reviews Are Opinions, Not Verdicts
Scores shown in the App are a weighted aggregate of individual Seeker owners' signed opinions, not Solana Mobile's or the dApp Store's own ratings, and not a safety, trust, or quality verdict from the Developer. The on-device facts panel (certificate hash, permission changes) reports what your device can verify about an installed app; it is not a claim that any app is safe, unsafe, or a scam. A tag such as "suspected-scam" records one reviewer's suspicion, not a finding of fact.
4. Not Financial Advice
Nothing in the App is investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Staked SKR is read only to weight how much a counted review contributes to a score; the App does not recommend staking, unstaking, buying, or selling SKR or any other token, and holding or staking more SKR is never presented as a way to make your review count for more on its own — it is read, not solicited.
5. Genesis Token and Weighting Can Change
Whether a review counts toward a score, and how heavily, depends on facts read from the chain at the time of reading — Genesis Token ownership and staked SKR — both of which can change. A review that counted once may not count later, and vice versa, without any action by the reviewer. Rankings can shift between one time you open the App and the next for reasons entirely outside the App's or your control.
6. Data Accuracy
Ledger reads, dApp Store catalogue data, on-chain facts, and installed-app facts are read live and can be delayed, rate-limited, or incomplete. A device with a stale local cache, or one reading at a different moment, can show a different score than another device reading the same ledger.
7. No Guarantee of Delivery
The App simulates a review transaction before your wallet opens, but a transaction can still fail after signing — for example because the network is congested, the blockhash expired, or your wallet's SOL balance cannot cover the network fee. A failed transaction is never recorded and never counted.
8. Blockchain and Third-Party Risks
- Solana, the SPL Memo program, RPC providers, the dApp Store's public GraphQL feed, and AllDomains may change behaviour or become unavailable at any time; we do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct
- Your wallet software may modify a transaction (for example by adding compute-budget instructions) before submitting it
- RPC providers and the dApp Store's feed may be unavailable, rate-limited, or return stale or incomplete data
9. User-Generated Content Risk
Content other reviewers publish, including tags and free-text notes, is their own signed opinion, not a fact asserted or endorsed by the Developer, and may be inaccurate, unfair, or unlawful. If you believe a review about your app, or about you, is unlawful, use the in-app report control on that review or contact us; see the Terms, section 9A.
10. Not Affiliated with Solana Mobile
Undersigned is an independent third-party application. Its operator also publishes apps in the Solana dApp Store; those apps' pages say so, the operator's own reviews and votes count nowhere, and the operator cannot promote or moderate reviews of them. It reads the Solana dApp Store's public catalogue and public GraphQL feed, but it is not part of the dApp Store, does not modify it, and does not speak on its behalf. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Solana Mobile Inc., Solana Labs, or the Solana Foundation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from content published through the App, reliance on any score, tag, or on-device fact, or unavailability of any third-party service the App reads. See the Terms, section 5.
12. Assumption of Risk
By using the App you accept the risks described on this page and confirm that every transaction you approve, and every piece of content you choose to publish, is your own decision.
13. Jurisdictional Limitations
The App is not available in the jurisdictions listed on the Sanctions page and may not be lawful to use everywhere else. You are responsible for compliance with your local law, including any law governing what you may lawfully publish about a third party.
