VeilScreenSkr ("the App") is a software-only screen privacy overlay designed for the Solana Seeker device. The App applies visual overlays and filter effects to reduce the readability of on-screen content when viewed from off-axis angles.

• VeilScreenSkr is not a hardware privacy screen filter and does not replicate the optical properties of physical privacy films or screens.
• The App cannot physically control, redirect, or limit the direction of light emitted from your device's display.
• VeilScreenSkr is not a security product. It provides convenience-level visual privacy only.

2. Effectiveness Limitations

The effectiveness of VeilScreenSkr varies significantly depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

• Ambient lighting conditions (bright sunlight, dim indoor lighting, artificial light sources)
• The viewing angle of the observer relative to the screen
• The distance between the observer and the device
• The specific filter settings and overlay configuration chosen by the user
• Screen brightness and display characteristics of the device
• The type of content displayed on screen (contrast, colors, text size)

VeilScreenSkr is best suited for protection against casual shoulder-surfing in everyday environments. It is NOT guaranteed to prevent determined, deliberate, or sustained viewing by a motivated observer.

3. No Guarantee of Privacy Protection

MidMightBit Games makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — that VeilScreenSkr will provide complete, reliable, or adequate privacy protection under any or all circumstances. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You should not rely solely on VeilScreenSkr to protect sensitive, confidential, or financial information displayed on your device. Always exercise caution and sound judgment regarding the display of sensitive content in public or shared environments.

By downloading, installing, or using VeilScreenSkr, you acknowledge and agree that:

6. Wallet Connection & Blockchain Interactions

VeilScreenSkr may offer optional wallet connectivity features via the Solana blockchain. By connecting a wallet or engaging in any blockchain-related interactions through the App:

• You do so entirely at your own risk.
• MidMightBit Games is not responsible for any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.
• MidMightBit Games does not custody, control, or have access to your wallet, private keys, or digital assets at any time.
