1. Compliance Statement

ADappvark is committed to full compliance with international sanctions regimes, including but not limited to sanctions imposed by:

• The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) under the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011
• The United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• The European Union under its Common Foreign and Security Policy
• The United Nations Security Council
• The United Kingdom Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI)

ADappvark adopts an extremely conservative approach to sanctions compliance. Where there is any ambiguity or overlap between sanctions regimes, we apply the most restrictive interpretation.

2. Restricted Countries and Regions

Divine Quotes Sol is not available in the following 17 countries and regions. Users located in, or who are residents or nationals of, these regions are prohibited from downloading, installing, or using the App:

3. User Representations

By downloading, installing, or using Divine Quotes Sol, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in any of the restricted countries or regions listed above
• You are not a resident or national of any restricted country or region
• You are not listed on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, DFAT, the EU, the UN, or OFSI (including but not limited to the SDN List, the Consolidated List, and the EU Consolidated List)
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any person or entity in a restricted region
• You will not use any VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
• You will not transfer, resell, or otherwise make the App available to any person in a restricted region

4. Enforcement

ADappvark reserves the right to:

• Implement technical measures to detect and prevent use from restricted regions
• Immediately terminate access for any user found to be in violation of this policy
• Report suspected sanctions violations to the relevant authorities, including the Australian Federal Police, DFAT, and OFAC
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating sanctions evasion

5. Changes to Restricted Regions

The list of restricted regions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in international sanctions regimes. Users are responsible for monitoring this policy for updates. ADappvark will update this page promptly when sanctions designations change.
