1. Definitions

• "App" refers to the Divine Quotes Sol mobile application.
• "Publisher", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ADappvark, operating under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
• "Solana" refers to the Solana blockchain network and associated technologies.
• "Wallet" refers to any Solana-compatible cryptocurrency wallet application used in conjunction with the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Divine Quotes Sol, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Are not located in, or a resident or national of, any sanctioned or restricted region (see Sanctions & Restricted Regions)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Accept these Terms in their entirety

3. Description of Service

Divine Quotes Sol is a multi-faith religious quote application that provides:

• Curated quotes from various spiritual and religious traditions
• Prayer time calculations based on geographic location (on-device only)
• Qibla compass direction (on-device only)
• Optional Solana blockchain integration via wallet connection

All quotes are sourced from public domain texts and deceased authors. The App is provided free of charge.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Use the App to harass, defame, or promote hatred against any individual or religious group
• Redistribute the App's content in a manner that misrepresents its source or origin
• Use the App from any sanctioned or restricted region
• Attempt to circumvent any geographic restrictions or sanctions compliance measures

5. Blockchain Interactions

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All blockchain transactions are user-initiated and require your explicit approval via your wallet application
• The App does not custody, control, or have access to your private keys or funds
• Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the network
• Network fees (transaction fees) are determined by the Solana network and are your sole responsibility
• We are not responsible for any loss of funds, failed transactions, or network outages
• The Solana blockchain is a decentralised public ledger; all transactions are publicly visible

6. Sign In With Solana (SIWS)

The App uses Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for authentication. By using SIWS, you acknowledge that:

• Authentication involves signing a cryptographic message with your wallet
• No personal data is collected during the authentication process
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys

7. Religious Content Disclaimer

Divine Quotes Sol presents quotes from multiple religious and spiritual traditions. You acknowledge that:

• The App is not affiliated with any religious organisation, institution, or governing body
• Quotes are presented for informational and inspirational purposes only
• The inclusion of quotes from any tradition does not constitute endorsement of that tradition
• The App does not provide religious guidance, instruction, or interpretation
• Prayer time calculations are algorithmic approximations and should not be relied upon as the sole source for religious observance timing
• Qibla compass direction is an approximation based on device sensors and may not be perfectly accurate

8. Intellectual Property

All religious quotes presented in the App are sourced from public domain texts and deceased authors. The App's design, code, icons, and user interface are the intellectual property of ADappvark. See our Copyright Notice and License for full details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Prayer time calculations or compass directions will be perfectly accurate
• The Solana blockchain will be available or functioning at any particular time
• Quote attributions are historically perfect in all cases

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADappvark and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of cryptocurrency, tokens, or digital assets
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Inaccurate prayer times or compass directions
• Any decisions made based on content displayed in the App
• Service interruptions or blockchain network issues

In no event shall our total liability exceed AUD $0 (zero Australian dollars), as the App is provided free of charge and collects no revenue from users.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADappvark from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Geographic Restrictions

The App is not available in sanctioned or restricted regions. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any restricted region. See our Sanctions & Restricted Regions policy for the complete list.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored preferences are deleted.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at this URL and within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Sanctions Policy, and License, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADappvark regarding the use of Divine Quotes Sol.
