By downloading, installing, or using Divine Quotes Sol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
By accepting these Terms you represent that: you are at least 18 years of age; you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts; you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a sanctioned jurisdiction; and you are not on any government sanctions list.
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, MidMightBit Games (Australia) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of Divine Quotes Sol on a device that you own or lawfully control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence transfers no ownership to you and may be terminated as described in these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law that cannot be waived, you may not: copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the App or any portion of it; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of it; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive its source code; remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or trademarks; use it to develop a competing product or service; circumvent, disable, or interfere with its geographic or sanctions-compliance controls; or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
The App is licensed, not sold. MidMightBit Games (Australia) and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
The App includes open-source software provided under its own licence terms. Those terms govern that software to the extent they conflict with this Section 1.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Note that if Android Backup is enabled, your settings may survive uninstallation in your Google backup — see the Privacy Policy for how to remove it.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at this URL and within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Sanctions Policy, and, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADappvark regarding the use of Divine Quotes Sol.
