Sol Card Games, including all of its source code, animations, graphics, user interface designs, visual assets, text, documentation, and all other constituent elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of MidMightBit Games, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
The App is protected by the copyright laws of the Commonwealth of Australia (including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)), the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), and all other applicable domestic and international copyright laws and treaties.
No part of the App may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast, modified, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise — without the prior written permission of MidMightBit Games, except as expressly permitted by the Licence.
