Although Sol Card Games is an offline card-game app whose only financial functionality is a single optional one-time Pro unlock payment (signed from the user's own wallet), we take our compliance obligations seriously. Use of the App is not permitted by individuals or entities located in, resident in, or subject to the jurisdiction of sanctioned or restricted territories as described on this page.

Sol Card Games performs a best-efforts check of a user's jurisdiction at runtime using:

(ISO network country code of the registered network)If either signal indicates that the device is associated with a restricted jurisdiction, the App will restrict access to its features. This is a technical control only and does not constitute a guarantee of perfect enforcement.
The check itself is passive, occurs entirely on-device, and does not involve GPS or network-based location. When the App is blocked, it may send a single anonymous "geo_blocked" analytics event (subject to the analytics setting) so we can see how often the control triggers; like all our analytics, this event carries no name, ID, wallet address, or location coordinates — only the event name, with an approximate country derived and the IP discarded at the analytics edge as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any use of the App in violation of applicable sanctions laws is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for any user or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. Violations may also expose you to civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.
