this website are provided by MidMightBit Games ("we", "us", or "our") for general entertainment
purposes only. Nothing in the App or on this website constitutes professional advice of any kind.
Sol Card Games is for entertainment and novelty purposes only. It is NOT a gambling
application. No real money, cryptocurrency, tokens, or items of value are wagered, won, or lost
through gameplay, and all in-game chips, points, and scores are fictional and have no monetary
value. The only paid feature is an optional one-time Pro unlock (see our Terms of Service);
gameplay itself never involves anything of monetary value.
Sol Card Games is an offline collection of classic card games. It is not a gambling product, and
it is not a financial product, investment platform, exchange, broker-dealer, digital asset
custodian, payment service, or financial services provider of any description.
2. Not a Financial Service
Sol Card Games is NOT a financial service. MidMightBit Games is NOT registered with,
licensed by, or regulated by any financial services authority.
In particular, MidMightBit Games and Sol Card Games are NOT registered with or authorised by:
ASIC — Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Australia)
AUSTRAC — Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (Australia)
SEC — Securities and Exchange Commission (United States)
No regulatory registration, licence, or exemption has been obtained in any jurisdiction in
connection with the App, because the App does not constitute a financial service under any
applicable law.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing in the App, its documentation, this website, or any communication from MidMightBit
Games constitutes:
Financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
Investment advice, portfolio management, or securities brokerage
A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any cryptocurrency, digital
asset, security, commodity, or other financial instrument
Tax advice or legal advice
The App's blockchain-related features are an optional wallet sign-in that displays the public
key of a wallet you choose to connect, and a single optional one-time Pro unlock purchase
(0.01 SOL or a discounted 10 SKR) that you sign and submit from your own wallet. Beyond that
one optional purchase, the App provides no mechanism to buy, sell, trade, or transact any
asset, and it never accesses your private key or funds. You should always consult qualified and
licensed professionals before making any financial decisions.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIDMIGHTBIT GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND —
INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — ARISING
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP OR ANY INFORMATION DISPLAYED
BY IT.
This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from:
Any reliance on the App or its content for any purpose
Interruption, error, or unavailability of the App or any game within it
Loss of locally stored game data, statistics, or progress
Any third-party action in connection with your use of the App
5. Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods and services come with non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law
(Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in this
disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees. Where the law permits us to
limit our liability, we do so to the extent permitted.
