Sol Card Games is an offline collection of classic card games. It is not a gambling product, and it is not a financial product, investment platform, exchange, broker-dealer, digital asset custodian, payment service, or financial services provider of any description.

No regulatory registration, licence, or exemption has been obtained in any jurisdiction in connection with the App, because the App does not constitute a financial service under any applicable law.

Nothing in the App, its documentation, this website, or any communication from MidMightBit Games constitutes:

The App's only blockchain-related feature is an optional wallet sign-in that displays the public key of a wallet you choose to connect; it provides no mechanism to buy, sell, trade, or transact any asset, and never accesses your private key or funds. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIDMIGHTBIT GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP OR ANY INFORMATION DISPLAYED BY IT.

This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from:

• Any reliance on the App or its content for any purpose
• Interruption, error, or unavailability of the App or any game within it
• Loss of locally stored game data, statistics, or progress
• Any third-party action in connection with your use of the App

Our goods and services come with non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
