These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADappvark. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SolScripture is not available to users located in the following sanctioned or restricted regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea (Ukraine), Donetsk (Ukraine), Luhansk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, and Somalia.

The SolScripture application code, user interface design, graphics, icons, and overall visual presentation are the proprietary property of ADappvark and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Bible translations included in the App are in the public domain and may be freely read and shared. The specific digital formatting and presentation of these texts within the App remains the property of ADappvark.
Solana, the Solana logo, Seeker, and Solana Mobile are trademarks or registered trademarks of Solana Foundation and/or Solana Mobile Inc. These marks are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. SolScripture is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation or Solana Mobile Inc.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADAPPVARK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, which is zero (AUD $0.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADappvark and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or use from a restricted region. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, License Agreement, Disclaimer, and Sanctions Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADappvark regarding the use of SolScripture.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
