The Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement)
The WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)
Applicable copyright laws of all signatory nations

2. Trademark Attributions

The following names, ticker symbols, and associated logos and brand elements are trademarks, registered trademarks, or intellectual property of their respective owners. Their use in the App is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Not affiliated with any cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or financial institution
Not affiliated with Jupiter, Raydium, CoinGecko, or any other price data provider
Not affiliated with Open-Meteo, OpenWeatherMap, or any other weather data provider
Not affiliated with any national weather service or meteorological authority

4. Data Source Attribution

Weather data, air quality data, price data, and blockchain data displayed in the App is sourced from the following third-party services, used in accordance with their respective API terms:

Open-Meteo — open-meteo.com (primary weather data provider: current conditions, hourly/daily forecasts, sunrise/sunset)
OpenWeatherMap — openweathermap.org (operated by OpenWeather Ltd; fallback weather data provider)
Open-Meteo Air Quality API — open-meteo.com (air quality index data)
Jupiter Aggregator — jup.ag (operated by Jupiter Exchange; SOL and SKR price data)
Raydium — raydium.io (operated by Raydium Protocol; fallback price data)
CoinGecko — coingecko.com (operated by Gecko Labs Pte. Ltd.; fallback price data)
Solana RPC — Public Solana blockchain endpoints for wallet balance data

6. Permitted Use of Our Content

You may:

Use the App as provided through the Solana Seeker dApp Store for personal use
Reference Sol Weather by name in reviews, articles, or discussions
Link to this website or our dApp Store listing

You may not, without our prior written consent:

Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content
Use the Sol Weather name, logo, or brand elements in any commercial context
Imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Sol Weather
Extract or scrape content from the App for any purpose

7. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content accessible through Sol Weather infringes your copyright, please provide us with the following information in writing:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the App
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
