By using Sol Weather, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
1. General Disclaimer
Sol Weather is a weather and information display application for the Solana Seeker phone. All weather data, forecasts, air quality information, sunrise/sunset times, cryptocurrency price data, market data, blockchain data, wallet balance information, token ownership data, and any other information displayed by Sol Weather (collectively, "Displayed Information") is provided strictly for general informational purposes only.
The Displayed Information does not constitute, and must not be construed as:

- Investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation
- Trading advice, trading signals, or buy/sell/hold recommendations

2. Weather Data Accuracy Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Weather data displayed by Sol Weather is for general informational purposes only. Always check official government weather services for severe weather warnings, storm alerts, and safety-critical weather information. Do not rely on Sol Weather for life-safety decisions.
Weather data displayed by Sol Weather is sourced from third-party APIs (Open-Meteo and OpenWeatherMap) and:
- May be delayed — Weather data is fetched at configurable intervals and may not reflect the most current conditions
- May be inaccurate — Third-party data sources may provide incorrect data due to API errors, model limitations, sensor issues, or data feed problems
- May be incomplete — Not all data fields may be available for all locations at all times
- May be entirely unavailable — API services may experience downtime, rate limiting, or discontinuation
- May differ from other sources — Weather data from different providers may vary due to different meteorological models, data sources, and update frequencies
- Are not audited or verified — We do not independently verify the accuracy of weather data from our sources
- Forecasts are inherently uncertain — Weather prediction is based on mathematical models that have inherent limitations, especially for longer-range forecasts
Under no circumstances should you rely on weather data displayed by Sol Weather for safety-critical decisions, including but not limited to aviation, maritime navigation, emergency preparedness, severe weather response, or outdoor activities in hazardous conditions.
2.1 Air quality data (AQI) disclaimer
Air quality index data is sourced from the Open-Meteo Air Quality API and:
- Is approximate and may not reflect real-time conditions at your exact location
- May be based on modelled data rather than direct sensor measurements
- Should not be used as the sole basis for health decisions, especially for individuals with respiratory conditions
- Does not replace official air quality advisories from government agencies
2.2 Sunrise and sunset times
Sunrise and sunset times are calculated estimates based on your GPS coordinates and may vary slightly from actual times due to atmospheric conditions, elevation, and calculation precision.
3. Not a Financial Service
Sol Weather is not a financial service, financial product, managed investment scheme, or derivatives product under Australian law (Corporations Act 2001), United States law (Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Investment Advisers Act of 1940), European Union law (MiFID II, MiCA), United Kingdom law (Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), or the laws of any other jurisdiction.

The App does not require such registration or licensing because it is an information display tool that does not provide financial services, facilitate transactions, hold custody of assets, or provide financial advice.
4. Price Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency price data displayed by Sol Weather is sourced from third-party APIs (Jupiter, Raydium, CoinGecko) and:

- May be incomplete — Not all data fields may be available at all times
- May be entirely unavailable — API services may experience downtime, rate limiting, or discontinuation
