Divine Quotes Sol application code is released under the MIT License, one of the most permissive open source licenses available. Religious quote content is in the public domain.

2. What This License Covers
The MIT License applies to:
- All application source code (Kotlin, Java)
- XML layout files and resource definitions

- Custom drawable and vector assets created by ADappvark
- ProGuard/R8 configuration rules
- Build and deployment scripts
3. What This License Does NOT Cover
The following are not covered by the MIT License:
- Religious quote content — these are in the public domain (see Copyright Notice)
- Third-party libraries — each library is subject to its own license (see section 4 below)
- Trademarks — the ADappvark name and Divine Quotes Sol name are not licensed for use under the MIT License
- The ADappvark logo and brand assets — these remain the exclusive property of ADappvark
4. Third-Party Library Licenses
Divine Quotes Sol uses the following open source libraries, each under their own license:
- Android Jetpack / AndroidX — Apache License 2.0 (Google)
- Jetpack Compose — Apache License 2.0 (Google)
- Kotlin Standard Library — Apache License 2.0 (JetBrains)
- Kotlin Coroutines — Apache License 2.0 (JetBrains)

All third-party libraries are used in compliance with their respective licenses. Full license texts for each library can be found in the application's open source notices.
5. Contributing
By contributing to the Divine Quotes Sol project, you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same MIT License that covers the project. You also represent that you have the right to grant this license for your contributions.
6. Patent Grant
While the MIT License does not include an explicit patent grant, ADappvark hereby states that it holds no patents related to Divine Quotes Sol and has no intention of asserting any patent claims against users or contributors of the software.
