No part of SolHerd may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, transmitted, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of ADappvark, except as expressly permitted in the License.

2. ADappvark Original Content

The following elements are original works created by ADappvark and are subject to full copyright protection:

Application source code and compiled binaries
User interface design, layout, and visual elements
App icons, graphics, and branding assets
Original text, descriptions, and documentation

Market data sourced from USDA, IBGE SIDRA, Eurostat, and World Bank is publicly available government or institutional data. The use of this data does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by any government agency or institution. This data is reproduced and displayed in accordance with the respective open data policies of these organisations.

6. Open-Source Components

SolHerd may incorporate open-source software libraries and components. Each open-source component is subject to its own licence terms. The use of open-source components does not affect the proprietary nature of SolHerd's original code and content. A list of open-source dependencies and their respective licences is available within the App's build configuration.
