NOTICE: SolHerd is not available for download, installation, or use in the sanctioned and restricted regions listed below. If you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any restricted region, you must not use SolHerd.
1. Compliance Overview
ADappvark is committed to full compliance with applicable international sanctions regimes, export control laws, and trade restriction regulations. SolHerd is geo-blocked and unavailable in all sanctioned and restricted regions identified below.
This policy is maintained in compliance with, among others:
- Australian Autonomous Sanctions (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade)
- United Nations Security Council sanctions
- United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions
- European Union restrictive measures
2. Restricted Regions
SolHerd is not available in the following 17 sanctioned and restricted regions:

3. User Representations
By downloading, installing, or using SolHerd, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any of the restricted regions listed above
- You are not identified on any applicable sanctions or restricted party lists, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List), the Australian Consolidated List, or equivalent lists maintained by other jurisdictions
- You will not use SolHerd in any manner that would result in a violation of any applicable sanctions laws, export control regulations, or trade restrictions
- You will not provide access to SolHerd to any person or entity located in a restricted region or listed on any applicable sanctions list
4. Enforcement
ADappvark reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to comply with applicable sanctions and export control laws, including but not limited to:
- Blocking access to the App from restricted regions
- Terminating the licence of any user found to be in violation of this policy
- Cooperating with relevant government authorities in connection with sanctions compliance
- Updating the list of restricted regions as sanctions regimes change
5. Changes to Restricted Regions
The list of restricted regions is subject to change as international sanctions regimes evolve. ADappvark will update this page to reflect any changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically and ensure that your use of SolHerd remains in compliance with applicable sanctions and trade restrictions.
6. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violations of international sanctions laws can result in severe civil and criminal penalties, including substantial fines and imprisonment. ADappvark is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the App in violation of applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.
