All content, design, code, graphics, user interface elements, logos, and documentation of WalkDivine ("the App") are the intellectual property of ADappvark, unless otherwise noted. This includes but is not limited to:
- The WalkDivine application source code and compiled software.
- The WalkDivine name, branding, and visual identity.
- Original text, descriptions, and curated pilgrimage information presented within the App.
- The App's user interface design and layout.
- All documentation, legal pages, and associated website content.
No part of this App may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of ADappvark, except as expressly permitted under the Software License.
2. Third-Party Attributions
WalkDivine acknowledges the following third-party trademarks, brands, and intellectual property. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with their respective owners:
- Solana™ — Solana is a trademark of the Solana Foundation. The Solana blockchain protocol and associated branding are the property of the Solana Foundation. WalkDivine uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) under its open-source licence.
- Seeker™ — Seeker is a trademark of Solana Mobile Inc. WalkDivine is distributed through the Solana Seeker dApp Store and uses the Seeker SGT verification library. Seeker device branding and associated marks are the property of Solana Mobile Inc.
- Camino de Santiago — The Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James) is a historic pilgrimage route network that has been in existence for over a thousand years. It is a public domain historical and cultural concept. References to the Camino de Santiago within WalkDivine are purely informational.
- Jetpack Compose — Jetpack Compose is developed by Google LLC and is used under the Apache License 2.0. Android, Jetpack, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
- Pilgrimage Route Names — All pilgrimage route names referenced in WalkDivine (including but not limited to Via Francigena, Kumano Kodo, St. Olav's Way, and others) are historical and public domain names for routes that have existed for centuries. Their use is purely informational and descriptive.
3. Fair Use
WalkDivine presents freely available public information about Catholic pilgrimages for entertainment, educational, and cultural purposes. The App aggregates publicly available route data, historical facts, and cultural information. Any use of third-party names, descriptions, or factual data within the App is believed to constitute fair use/fair dealing under applicable copyright law, as such use is informational, non-commercial in nature (the App is free), and does not substitute for or compete with any original copyrighted works.
4. DMCA / Takedown Procedure
ADappvark respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content within WalkDivine infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to us containing the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located within the App.
- Your contact information, including name, address, email, and telephone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
