1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WalkDivine ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADappvark ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

WalkDivine is a Catholic pilgrimage companion app that aggregates and displays freely available public information about Catholic pilgrimages around the world. The App is designed for entertainment and novelty purposes only.

The App is distributed exclusively through the Solana Seeker dApp Store.

3. Eligibility

To use WalkDivine, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Not be located in, a resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction listed in our Sanctions & Restricted Regions policy, including but not limited to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and Nicaragua.
• Not be listed on any applicable sanctions list maintained by Australia, the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of WalkDivine, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose as an entertainment and informational tool.
• Not rely on the App as a substitute for professional travel planning, navigation, medical advice, or financial guidance.
• Independently verify all pilgrimage route information, distances, accommodations, emergency contacts, and other data presented in the App.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, are owned by ADappvark or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the App as set out in our Software License.

6. Disclaimers

The App and all content provided through it are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limitation:

• WalkDivine is NOT navigation advice. Do not use the App for real-time navigation or wayfinding.
• WalkDivine is NOT travel advice. All route information, accommodation details, and logistical data are approximate and may be outdated or inaccurate.
• WalkDivine is NOT medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before undertaking any pilgrimage or physical activity.
• WalkDivine is NOT financial or investment advice. The App does not distribute tokens, facilitate trades, or provide financial recommendations.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying ALL information presented in the App before acting upon it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADappvark, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content provided by the App.
• Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your reliance on information presented in the App.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your device or data.

In no event shall ADappvark's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the App, which is zero (the App is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADappvark, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
