1. Introduction

ADappvark ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how WalkDivine ("the App") handles information. WalkDivine is a Catholic pilgrimage companion app distributed exclusively through the Solana Seeker dApp Store. This policy applies to all users of the App.

Summary: WalkDivine does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information whatsoever. The App operates entirely on-device with no external data transmission.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

WalkDivine does not collect any of the following:

Names — We do not collect, request, or store your name or any other personally identifiable name information.
Email addresses — We do not collect, request, or store email addresses.
Location data — While the App may request optional coarse location permission (see Section 5), no location data is ever collected, stored, or transmitted.
Device identifiers — We do not collect device IDs, hardware identifiers, advertising IDs, or any other device fingerprinting data.
Analytics data — We do not use any analytics frameworks. No usage patterns, session data, or behavioural data is collected.
Photos or media — We do not access, collect, or store any photos, camera data, or media files.
Financial information — We do not collect payment information, wallet balances, transaction histories, or any financial data.
Cookies or tracking technologies — The App does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any other tracking technologies.

3. On-Device Storage

WalkDivine uses Android SharedPreferences to store your app preferences and settings locally on your device. This includes settings such as your preferred measurement unit (metric or imperial) and other user interface preferences.

All data stored via SharedPreferences remains exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. This data is automatically removed if you uninstall the App.

4. Sign In With Solana (SIWS)

WalkDivine uses Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for identity verification purposes only. When you sign in:

The sign-in process is read-only. No transactions are initiated, authorised, or executed.
WalkDivine does not access your wallet balance, token holdings, or transaction history.
Your public key is used solely for identity verification and is not transmitted to any external service.
No financial operations of any kind are performed through the SIWS integration.

5. Location Permission

WalkDivine may request the ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permission. This permission is entirely optional and is used solely for the following purpose:

Metric/Imperial auto-detection: Coarse location is used only to determine whether to display distances in metric or imperial units based on your approximate region.

Location data is never stored, logged, recorded, or transmitted. It is used transiently at the moment of detection and immediately discarded. You may deny this permission and manually select your preferred measurement unit instead.

6. Third-Party Services

WalkDivine does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data:

No analytics SDKs — No Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any other analytics platform.
No advertising SDKs — No ad networks or advertising frameworks of any kind.
No crash reporting SDKs — No Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag, or any other crash reporting service.
No social media SDKs — No Facebook SDK, Twitter SDK, or any social media integration.

The only external libraries used are the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for SIWS functionality and the Seeker SGT verification library, neither of which collect or transmit personal data.

7. Children's Privacy

WalkDivine is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since WalkDivine collects no personal information from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.

8. Data Security

Since WalkDivine does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data externally, the risk of data breaches is minimised. All on-device data stored via SharedPreferences is protected by the Android operating system's built-in application sandboxing and security mechanisms.

9. Your Rights

Since WalkDivine collects no personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port. However, you may at any time:

Revoke the optional location permission through your device settings.
Clear the App's local data through your device settings.
Uninstall the App, which will remove all locally stored SharedPreferences data.

10. International Users

WalkDivine is distributed through the Solana Seeker dApp Store and may be accessed by users worldwide (subject to sanctions restrictions detailed in our Sanctions & Restricted Regions policy). Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
