WalkDivine is designed and intended for entertainment and novelty purposes only. The App aggregates and presents freely available public information about Catholic pilgrimages from around the world. All information is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any guarantees of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability.

WalkDivine should not be used as the sole or primary basis for any decision, whether related to travel, health, safety, finance, or any other matter. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before acting upon it.

2. NOT a Travel Guide

WalkDivine is NOT a travel guide. Specifically:

• All pilgrimage routes, paths, stages, and waypoints presented in the App are approximate and may not reflect current conditions.
• All distances are approximate and may vary from actual distances due to route changes, detours, or measurement differences.
• Stage information, including start points, end points, difficulty ratings, and estimated durations, are approximate and based on general publicly available data.
• Accommodation, services, water sources, and facility information may be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available.
• Trail conditions, weather, accessibility, and safety may change without notice.
• You must independently verify all route information with official tourism authorities, local guides, and up-to-date maps before undertaking any pilgrimage.

3. NOT Medical Advice

WalkDivine does NOT provide medical advice of any kind. Pilgrimage walking can be physically demanding and potentially hazardous. Before undertaking any pilgrimage or long-distance walk:

• Consult your general practitioner (GP) or qualified healthcare professional to assess your physical fitness and suitability for extended walking.
• Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or medications to your healthcare provider.
• Ensure you have appropriate travel health insurance that covers emergency medical evacuation.
• Do not rely on any health-related information that may appear in the App.

4. NOT a Navigation Tool

WalkDivine is NOT a navigation tool and must not be used for real-time navigation or wayfinding. The App does not provide GPS navigation, turn-by-turn directions, or real-time positioning. Always carry appropriate physical maps, a compass, and/or a dedicated GPS navigation device when walking any pilgrimage route.

5. NOT Financial or Investment Advice

WalkDivine does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The App does not distribute, trade, manage, or facilitate the exchange of any tokens, cryptocurrencies, or digital assets. While the App is distributed through the Solana Seeker dApp Store and uses Sign In With Solana (SIWS) for identity verification, no financial transactions or investment activities are performed through the App.

6. Physical Risks of Pilgrimage

Long-distance pilgrimage walking inherently involves significant physical risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury from falls, uneven terrain, or adverse weather conditions.
• Dehydration, heat stroke, hypothermia, or altitude sickness.
• Blisters, joint injuries, muscle strains, or other physical ailments.
• Encounters with wildlife, insects, or natural hazards.
• Exposure to crime, theft, or personal safety threats.
• Medical emergencies in remote areas with limited access to healthcare.

ADappvark is not responsible for any physical harm, injury, illness, death, or loss of property that may occur during, before, or after any pilgrimage or activity undertaken in connection with information viewed in the App.

7. Religious Content

WalkDivine presents information about Catholic pilgrimages and associated religious and cultural history. All religious content is presented for cultural, historical, and informational interest only. The inclusion of religious content does not constitute an endorsement, promotion, or recommendation of any particular religion, denomination, belief system, or religious practice by ADappvark. Users of all faiths and none are welcome to use the App.

8. Data Accuracy

All information presented in WalkDivine is sourced from publicly available resources. While we endeavour to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all data is correct, current, or complete. Specifically:

• Pilgrimage route data may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• Historical and cultural information may be incomplete or reflect particular perspectives.
• Facility, service, and accommodation information may be outdated or inaccurate.
• Distance calculations are approximate and may differ from actual walking distances.

ADappvark disclaims all liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information presented in the App.

If the App presents any emergency contact numbers, hospital locations, embassy contacts, or other emergency information, this information is provided for general reference only and may be outdated or incorrect. You must:

By using WalkDivine, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the App entirely at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information presented in the App.
• You will independently verify all information before acting upon it.
• You assume all risks associated with any pilgrimage or activity you undertake, regardless of whether you viewed related information in the App.
• ADappvark bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADappvark, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of life, financial loss, or any other damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any information contained therein.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if ADappvark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
