1. Compliance Statement
ADappvark is committed to full compliance with all applicable international sanctions laws, export control regulations, and trade restrictions. WalkDivine is not available to users located in, residents of, or nationals of certain restricted jurisdictions. This policy applies to all users regardless of the method by which they access or attempt to access the App.
If you are located in, a resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction listed below, you are prohibited from downloading, installing, or using WalkDivine.
2. Restricted Jurisdictions
WalkDivine is not available in the following seventeen (17) jurisdictions. Access from these regions is blocked at the application level:

Russia
Subject to comprehensive international sanctions due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, including sanctions imposed by Australia, the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. -
Belarus
Subject to international sanctions due to its support for and facilitation of Russia's military actions in Ukraine, as well as ongoing human rights concerns. -
North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
Subject to comprehensive multilateral sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, Australia, and other jurisdictions due to its nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programmes. -
Iran (Islamic Republic of Iran)
Subject to comprehensive international sanctions due to its nuclear programme, support for designated terrorist organisations, and human rights violations. -
Syria (Syrian Arab Republic)
Subject to international sanctions due to the ongoing civil conflict, human rights abuses, and the use of chemical weapons against civilians. -
Cuba
Subject to comprehensive sanctions due to longstanding concerns regarding governance, human rights, and democratic freedoms. -
Venezuela
Subject to targeted sanctions due to the deterioration of democratic institutions, human rights abuses, and corruption. -
Myanmar (Burma)
Subject to international sanctions following the military coup and ongoing human rights violations, including violence against civilians and the Rohingya population. -
Sudan
Subject to international sanctions due to the ongoing armed conflict, humanitarian crisis, and human rights violations. -
South Sudan
Subject to international sanctions due to the ongoing civil conflict, humanitarian crisis, and human rights abuses. -
Somalia
Subject to United Nations and international sanctions due to the ongoing armed conflict, terrorism, and humanitarian concerns. -
Libya
Subject to United Nations and international sanctions due to ongoing political instability, armed conflict, and humanitarian concerns. -
Central African Republic
Subject to United Nations sanctions due to ongoing armed conflict, human rights violations, and attacks against civilians and humanitarian workers. -
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Subject to United Nations and international sanctions due to ongoing armed conflict, exploitation of natural resources fuelling conflict, and human rights violations. -
Yemen
Subject to United Nations and international sanctions due to the ongoing armed conflict, humanitarian crisis, and activities of designated entities. -
Zimbabwe
Subject to targeted sanctions due to longstanding concerns regarding governance, human rights, and democratic processes. -
Nicaragua
Subject to targeted sanctions due to the suppression of democratic opposition, human rights abuses, and the erosion of democratic institutions.
3. Enforcement
WalkDivine implements geo-blocking measures at application startup to prevent access from restricted jurisdictions. These measures include:
- Verification of the user's location at application launch.
- Blocking access for users determined to be located in any restricted jurisdiction.
- Refusal of service to any user who attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions.
Any attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable the geo-blocking measures constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and Software License, and may result in immediate termination of access to the App.
4. Legal Basis
This sanctions policy is implemented in compliance with applicable Australian sanctions laws and international trade restrictions, including but not limited to:
- Australian Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 (Cth) and associated regulations.
- Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth) and associated United Nations Security Council sanctions resolutions.
- Applicable sanctions regimes of the United States (OFAC), European Union, and United Kingdom, to the extent relevant to international distribution.
- The Solana Seeker dApp Store distribution policies and compliance requirements.
ADappvark adopts an extremely conservative approach to sanctions compliance and may restrict access to jurisdictions or individuals beyond those strictly required by law.
5. Changes to Restricted List
The list of restricted jurisdictions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in international sanctions regimes, Australian government policy, or ADappvark's internal compliance assessments. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. ADappvark may add or remove jurisdictions from this list at its sole discretion. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
